I don't care what your previous customer's issue was; you gave us attitude even though your office was the one that canceled one of my two appointments. My online account clearly showed the appointment as active, and it was moved to a different day without any email, phone call, or text notification whatsoever. To make matters worse, while I was there, I overheard two separate incidents where other customers were dealing with your company's inability to deliver their glasses with all the paid-for services. In both cases, your staff accused the customers of not having purchased those services, despite it clearly being documented in your computer system. Honestly, stay far away from this place. I'd rather keep using my three-year-old glasses than deal with this level of incompetence and disrespect again. Go somewhere else!
