The chicken in both of our dishes was real chicken. Like good chicken that when you cut, you could see the grain of the meat. And it was a good sized portion. We were both very happy with our orders. My only wish is that the dishes could have been a little saucier. I don't know why this place has such a low score, but I feel like if you tried it in the past and didn't like it, you should try it again.

Service: Since it is a buffet style restaurant, we didn't have an actual waiter, but someone did come around twice picking up our plates, which was really nice. Ambiance: Pretty good. I like that they have Western decor. I saw a lot of complaints about the game room, but since it's in its own separate area, I didn't even notice it. Someone in my party did go in and they saw someone win the cut to win game. But the actual sitting area has a nice chill environment and seating options for large groups.
