She chaotically sprays actinic keratosis with nitrogen cryogenic spray around my face, while counting each spray to her assistant for billing purposes. And without giving any warning, she carelessly sprays my eyeball, burning my cornea. I asked her to warn me when she sprays near my eyes. And she actually sneers at me in contempt. Jennifer Siddons is dangerously incompetent. Use her at your risk of having your cornea substantially damaged. My eye doctor examimed the burned cornea and advised me to find a different dermatology practice. She said this was not the first complaint concerning the ineptitude of Jennifer Siddons.

I literally felt like I was just chatting with the girls lol 2) they know exactly what they're talking about! They explained what was going on, worked with my preferences on the treatment plan, and we're super supportive and enthusiastic on getting my skin back to normal as soon as possible 3) they were right! They said the prescription would have it starting to remedy within a day and I'm writing this the next morning already with the problem maybe 30% better than yesterday 4) as an African woman, I typically only go to providers of my skin tone, but due to urgency I had to pick this one and was nervous if it'd be adequate... thankfully they were able to give me equitable treatment and I'm so glad that I can trust them to know how to deal with my unique skin type

We absolutely love them and trust them completely for our annual skin checks. The medical care itself has always been top-notch. That said, the front office and overall customer service are a completely different story--and it's becoming a serious problem. Trying to get someone on the phone is beyond frustrating. Calls go unanswered, messages don't get returned in a timely manner (if at all), and billing questions are incredibly difficult to resolve. The lack of communication and responsiveness is honestly shocking for an otherwise reputable practice. It's disappointing because the quality of the doctors deserves better support. But at some point, great medical care alone isn't enough when the administrative side is this difficult to deal with. If this doesn't get addressed, I can see patients--including us--starting to look elsewhere. We want to stay, but the experience outside the exam room needs major improvement. Fix the phones.
