Dr. Nora Vera is a Double Board Certified Dermatologist and is both caring and compassionate. She is dedicated to fulfilling the specific dermatological needs of each patient. The standard of care here is total body skin exams, which, is what I needed. She did two biopsies...which, I've never had done before...and she made it painless and comfortable for me. I insisted on talking to the office manager. Told No Refunds. The box was never even opened and I was told I could bring it back. Shame on them for charging a senior citizen such an exorbitant price. Dr. Williams did mention Good Rx. When it was offered to me at the front desk I had sticker shock buy didn't realize there would be such a substantial price difference. A few dollars more would not have made a difference. But $50!!! My first time at this office. Won't be going back once this problem is treated.

They are one of the few doctor offices that truly takes the time to sit and listen to your needs. Imagine that, not feeling like you are being rushed out the door so they can see more patients to make more money. Not here Dr. Gurgen truly only cares about me the patient not the $$ like so many other people. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile and made to feel like "Norm of Cheers" (us older people will get the reference). There are no long waits like at other offices where if your appointment is at 1pm you are seen within a few minutes of that time. They value my time while at the same time taking all the time, I need to tell them my needs. The office staff really is the cherry on top of the sundae, they truly care, and it shows in how they interact with you. Dr. Gurgen's skill set is amazing, I had a minor surgical procedure and within minutes it was over and I was on my way. If you are a busy person, tired of NOT being heard, and feel like you are cattle and not a human then see Dr. Gurgen and his lovely staff.
