Best salsa in the area, and service is fast even during dinner rush on weekends. Amazing selection of natural sugar sodas, and a welcoming environment. I stick to the carnitas and steak, always mexican style with onions and cilantro. Tacos are good, and the salsa makes them great. read more

RTE II is the best I've found thus far. It's small, unpretentious, and authentic. My favorites include anything of the Al Pastor and Carne Asada variety. Con: Service is often lacking. These tacos were absolutely solid. I'm a big fan of al pastor tacos and have had some around here that were really bad but you can tell by everything about this place that they're authentic. The flavors are there and it's served very fast. We also got the burrito and that probably wasnt the move - it was covered in sauces and other things making it impossible to pick up. Place is really cute and the food is delicious and affordable! The customer service was amazing and it's a family own place. Got tacos, kids meal, and sandwich for roughly under 25 dollars. Flavor was on point and the sauces were homemade! Only thing was that for the sandwich they could of offered a side of beans or something for it being 9 dollars. My husband and I have been looking for a new taco spot. I saw all these awesome reviews so we gave it a try. Did call ahead- around 5:30 p.m. we ordered chorizo, al pastor and steak tacos. We also ordered a chicken quesadilla. Was pleasantly surprised to see how large the chicken quesadilla was! Also; anyone familiar with al pastor or chorizo knows it can be very greasy. The meats were cooked perfectly and not greasy in the least. The salsa verde taste so fresh and the red sauce looks lighter in color compared to other places but the heat is 110% there. Coworkers brought me here after they were raving about it for weeks. I had the chicken tacos and pastor tacos. I particularly loved the chicken tacos! Pastor was flavorful as well! Loooove their steak and pastor tacos (have a red meat allergy now, so I can't enjoy them anymore. But I miss them every day. Lol)

I have had every taco they serve and they are incredible. I thought the pork and pineapple was not going to be traditional and made for Americans but it is just delicious. I also love the slow cooked head and the tongue, they just melt in your mouth. My fiancé really likes the flank and it is incredible too. They are all served with just cilantro and onions on top with lime and radishes. I assume this is traditional. They also come with what I assume is spicy salsa verde and a homemade hot sauce. They are both hot and both awesome. They are spicy but taste so fresh it almost cuts through the heat, if that is possible. They also have outside seating which is not the best but it is nice to eat your food outside on a picknick table with a cold glass bottle of soda. read more

This taco truck is a nice little gem. I really enjoy their chorizo and pastor (pork and pineapple) tacos. With each order you get an onion and pepper too! So delicious! It does take a while to get your tacos though but that is because the truck also cooks food for the sit down restaurant adjacent to the truck. Highly recommend! read more
