I got connected with Ben through a mutual friend and gave him a call. That same evening after a long day of work, Ben was at my house doing measurements and provided an estimate. He also shared the best place to get flooring (I shopped around, but he was definitely right because we ended up going with his recommendation) and offered opinions on color, size, etc. He also tested for moisture and suggested products proven to work that came with a lifetime warranty (the previous floors had bowed because the previous owner went with a hack flooring company). Once the wood arrived the whole job from grinding, leveling, moisture seal and flooring took two days. His team was fast, courteous and professional. Then I had to decide what to do with baseboards... I was planning to do it myself, but with Ben's volume discount and guarantee to get them installed, painted, and caulked in the same day, using his team was a no-brainer. I would highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone who is interested in upgrading their floors... as a matter of fact I already have.

After interviewing multiple contractors, we chose Scott because he could start immediately, get the work done in a shorter amount of time and quoted us much less. We were able to pick our own cabinets and countertops suppliers. He warranties his work for life. One of the drawer faces started to chip and they sent us a new one and Scott came right over to put the new one on for us. Overall he turned our nightmare into a beautiful kitchen. Bonus, he also has a water remediation team which I knew about sooner!

My request was to gut and then renovate my medium sized galley kitchen. At our consultation he estimated two to three weeks. I was incredulous. Scott completely finished the job (and some extras) well within that period of time! He gave me a start date..very close to our initial consultation, and actually started when he said he would! Scott ALWAYS showed up when he said that he would and never left me hanging. The end result was about as close to perfect as I could have expected. Very important to me is Scott's overall demeanor- he is calm, respectful, professional. His prices may be on the higher end...I honestly have little to compare it to- but I know from many renovations, in other locations, you get what you pay for.

One of the other quotes we received was $2,600.00, and that individual did not measure, so we went with Tom and are so happy we did. We don't live at the property yet, but Tom made it very easy for us to work with him, and we totally trusted him with our home. Tom also fixed issues from the previous painters at no extra cost to us (like where they had gotten paint on the trim and moulding). He worked extremely fast with precision, kept us in the loop on issues with the house, and even fixed 2 walls for me where I mistakenly told him to paint them the wrong color. Our final interior bill came out to $3,100.00 because the house ended up needing 3 coats instead of 2 coats due to the dark color the previous owners had selected, but that also included materials and was still cheaper than one of the other quotes we had received. We liked Tom and Chris' work so much that we also selected them to paint our exterior, and they did a fabulous job. Not only did they go above and beyond by actually fixing areas of our home where the paneling was coming off and caulking it back onto the home, but they gave it a thorough power wash and coordinated the work with other exterior contractors. I have posted progress photos and will update when the work is fully final on Saturday! We highly recommend Tom and Chris for anyone seeking to paint the interior or exterior of their home!

Mark's 30 plus year experience showed when they encountered issues with the paper the mural was printed on. The artist that designed the mural had unfortunately selected a very inexpensive material to print the mural on and it required extra time and care to properly install with out effecting the print.
