We've used them here and there in years past. Additionally, I recently had an emergency issue with a water line (no fault of theirs) and they had a crew to my house in about 30 minutes. Here's a few reasons I prefer them... 1. Prompt and Courteous: When I call the office, I get to talk to someone almost immediately. For the past few times, it's been Caleb to answer. He can answer most questions I have even though I'm not always talking in "plumber" language. They make me feel like a VIP customer. I've had the opportunity to meet the owners Gary and Shannon a few times. They've always made me feel welcome. 2. Efficient and Neat: As I previously said, they're quick to respond. Their work is: "no mess, no fuss"--just efficient service. You don't get that anymore. 3. Transparent Pricing: They have always provided up-front pricing, ensuring there were no surprises. Their rates are affordable, making us feel we got a great value for the quality of work. 4. Reliable and Trustworthy: Their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart. They're the plumbing company we can always count on. I highly recommend Garrison Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Whether it's repairs, fixture replacements, or leak diagnosis, they'll get you taken care of.
