Bought a tractor from them when we tried the pto for hay bailing it would turn but very little drag on it it would quit turning carried it to them for repair around a month later they said it was fixed brought it home put it under the shed. A week later got it out to fuel it up it had oil leak where the two halves of the housing go together took it back 3 weeks later they said it was done went to pick it up [should not be any charge it was a come back ]but they tried to charge another3000 dollars on top of the 7800dollars they charged the first time when I cussed them like the thieving basturds they are they came down to 1444.92. Then 11/2 months later they said it's done went to get it and it had no power steering they said they could do no more to it there it was never did fix pto either read more

I had bought my Z122R from this location not to long ago. I wouldn't hesitate again. the kind service provided by the sales men on the show room floor was quite unique. they had fresh popcorn and free waters while you waited. After buying my mower, they offered to wash it before it got delivered it to my house. I had came back shortly after my 50 hr service was needed. they didn't hesitate to take my mower in and make it high priority. Elmer is an amazing service rep. he told me the guys should be able to complete my mower if I were to go have lunch. (30ish mins). so that's what I did. had lunch and came back to a serviced mower that looked cleaner now then when I dropped it off. outstanding job River Valley. you earned a life time customere!!!!!!! read more

Sales department and the parts department employees are friendly and helpful. The service department is the worst. They are not friendly nor helpful at all. I have a Kubota diesel mower that I was having fuel problems with, I told them about changing the filter and it did not fix my problem. Service wanted me to bring it in. I called another dealer and service department told me a second filter was under the platform. Common knowledge for the service department. Today I experienced the same problem with service. They offered no help at all. The parts folks tried to help me when I was leaving. I am in the market for more equipment but I won't be buying it from River Valley tractor in Sherwood. I would give them a zero star rating. Service is important to some people. read more

I interacted with customer service, sales, parts and service all in one day here and everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They are struggling with the supply chain like everyone else, but other than that, it's was a great experience. Will update my review when I bring my tractor in for service. read more

I want to give them zero stars but I am unable to do so. They did not keep us abreast on what was going on with our mower-after not hearing from them I had to call them. I will not be doing business with them again unless I ABSOLUTELY have to. read more

It took almost two full months to get my mower and bagging system, and it still didn't work right. The mower was delivered two weeks after I bought it, even though I was told it would be delivered in just a few days. The bagger took almost a month after that to arrive, their service guys installed the bagger wrong, they took it back, and installed it wrong in a different way...eventually, I just fixed the whole thing myself with about 30 minutes and common sense... The salesman that I dealt with, Dane Glover, was rude to my wife, saying "can you go any faster" when she was putting my kid in the car seat to leave, and he failed to return quite a few of my phone calls over the two month period. There was a scuff on the back of the mower when it was delivered, which was supposed to be painted when they installed the bagger...but they just slapped a sticker over it instead. While I was in their shop, I witnessed a delivery guy ram somebody else's mower into the trailer that he was loading it on and the ramps came out from under him and the mower fell, twice... They charged me over $700 for "other charges", but didn't tell me what that was... Overall, I really think that I would have been better off just going somewhere else. read more
