It is a shame that they would do this to customers. My only thought is they do not want repeat business. Took in a Chrysler product that had a 3.2 litre V6 and they charged us for 8 quarts of engine oil for the oil change. When I questioned them about it they swore that this is what they put in. Others (dealer and complete care auto service) previously found nothing and in the case of the dealer I was charged for the pleasure. Not only did the technician evaluate my vehicle but the lady who checked me in and Beau himself drove my car. The technician and the lady (who for all practical purpose seems just as knowledgeable) confirmed the noise I had been hearing and evaluated the tire for safety and mechanical soundness. They agreed that the tire and thus the car should be safe to drive, and thought the sound was from the strut. Beau confirmed that it was indeed the strut, is safe to drive, and I could replace the strut at my leisure. I thanked them and tried to pay them for this service but they refused, saying "We did nothing to your vehicle; therefore, there is no charge". That was worth the time spent. So if you ever need your vehicle serviced, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Beau's Tire & Auto Center of Chillicothe.
