We've been going to River's Edge for a few years and they always have the best blueberries! No spray and family owned!

From their website, the farm was started by a couple who wanted to grow peonies, and wow! they've done a spectacular job. Unassuming place minus all the commercial and tourist trappings. Rows and rows of beautiful blooms, particularly now, in early June...some as large as your open hand. Really well cared for, and even the bees approve! The smell is just heavenly. Nothing any perfume could possibly replicate! Great place to walk and admire nature, and also to take pictures. There is a manicured garden off to the side that is also quite lovely. A small store, where you can either purchase bouquets, or, they will give you a bucket and clippers to pick your own, and give you instructions on how to do so, then wrap your pick for you and help you to get it home (helpful to bring your own bucket or vase for transportation in your car). Only $2 per stem, and after almost ten days, my buds are still opening. They sell peony jelly and goat milk soap, so, of course I had to buy some. Just divine. Thanks to these people who have worked so hard to create this marvel, and have opened it to the public, so we can also appreciate it. No admittance fees or anything else. Just a lovely experience.

Family owned they have created this space as a retreat for foodies to enjoy high quality pork, as well as other products such as CBD, honey and more. I have had the privilege on trying their bacon, sausage, pork chops, lip balm, soaps, etc. Each product is well worth it from cost and love, commitment made to create the item. I especially love their uncured bacon! Known as a superfood- it really helped me recover from being sick lately giving me a boost of energy and what I needed! Highly recommend. The pork chops are the same. You cannot go wrong. You can also take farm tours and really learn about the intricacies of the business and the dedication required to make it sustainable. As a family, I commend their hard work and as a semi new farm, it is a gem in this area that needs more attention. A must see and try. Last but not least they have other items on their growing menu, including staying on the property in cool yurts as well as offering one of a kind farm to table pig roasts this summer. Go to their website for the deets.
