I received multiple bids on the project and Brian from SGC seemed to be the most reliable candidate for the job and had a reasonable bid so I hired them. I had them do work that included re-shingling, replacing the rakers and fascia, and also adding gutters. Brian and his brother worked over the course of 5 days to complete the job. I was working from home during this time frame so I was able to see how their work progressed. They work slow but they are very meticulous and detail oriented. My roof looks great now. I had a positive experience and would recommend using SGC property maintenance. Brian and his brother are good at what they do and the price for the amount of work I had done was reasonable. They performed quality work on my property and I would use them again for other repair projects.

He came by once to prime and another time to paint. Showed up right on time, very flexible, and professional. He really took a lot of time to match both the exterior and interior paint colors, and I was very impressed at how perfectly it matched when it dried. He quoted me at less than half what another painter quoted me at, and I don't think the job could have been done better. Highly recommended, we'll use him again next time we need to paint anything!

I had resorted to doing my own painting for the past few years, but I've been puting off changing the color in one of our bedrooms and it needed to get done. I called Richard Myles Painting to do the work. Rick showed up on time and did a truely professional job. Rick also repainted a skylight and ceiling in one of our bathrooms, but one of the things that impressed me the most, besides the quality of his work, was his knowledge of the materials he uses. Rick took the time to explain to me which type of paint he needed to use for each job and why. I'm very pleased with everything that was done. He's the only painter I will call for future jobs.
