He replaced the back stoop, tore out and fixed the rotted wood at the landing of my (indoor) back stairs, and while he was at it...when he went for supplies he picked up the screen door that I'd been unable to get. He replaced that as well. He also made me a gorgeous cover for my steam radiator. I'd asked for both front and top venting as the radiator was low and partially blocked by a large chair. He made sure the vents at the top had small holes so my dogs nails would not get stuck if she climbed on top (which she has!) I wish it were possible to post a picture, it really is beautiful.
