I had multiple contractors come out to give us quotes. Most wanted to tear down and rebuild the porch completely (to the tune of $30k+). Others didn't even get back to us (summer 2020 was a busy time for contractors). Eder and the team at Master Solutions put together a proposal that included shoring up the foundation of the porch, giving it a facelift with new railing and flagstone floor, all new walkways in the front, and a new concrete driveway. They also installed a rain catchment system that diverts water from our gutters to a dry well in the backyard, so we don't have massive puddles in our yard anymore! We were able to do so much more with Master Solutions for about the same price that other contractors quoted for just a new porch. We're so happy with our new driveway, walkway, and porch! They did a great job and worked with us to make the final project even better with small suggestions along the way. This company brought a processing truck that appears to have violated the law as it processed the leaves and balls in residential areas. First and foremost, it created so much dust that you could not see through the dust cloud to the other side. But also, the workers did not bother to check to see if neighbors' windows were open before starting, and mine were. This truck was sitting about 10 feet from my open windows, producing an amount of air pollution that was in no way legally acceptable for a residential neighborhood, and a huge dust cloud from the organic matter that they were processing blew into my house, all over my belongings, on my cats, and my cats started sneezing and running around frantically. I literally had to do two days of emergency cleaning after they left (including hiring house cleaners). And that was just the inside of the house. Thank goodness I was home to get the cats to safety. It was so stressful. When I went outside to tell them to control their dust, the workers offered to clean my car for me, as if that would make it all better, which was just bizarre, and the least of my concerns in that moment. I had dust in my hair, in my mouth, all over my clothes, and in my ears and eyes, plus it was also all over the house and all over my belongings around the house. Further, the I'm certain that the noise exceeded the legal residential noise limit. Also, the workers trespassed all over my property , including my front porch, and left piles of leaves all over my plants, which would have likely killed them if not removed. I have pictures and video to prove all of this. I thought of calling the company and demanding that they come back to make everything right, but I really don't want a company that is this oblivious and careless anywhere near my house ever again, plus what they did was too problematic to imagine that they could realistically make amends. It was truly horrific. If this review is removed for any reason I will follow up with a BBB complaint and a formal complaint with the county. On a side note, what this company is doing at large is extremely environmentally damaging to Monarchs and other endangered species. If you don't know about leaf removal, google it.

Really wanted to support a new, local business and leave a great review but I was disappointed…read more Short version: Dug up sod to create new planting bed as agreed on, but left a mess which the owner said was "fine and they can't clean it up because it's wet...gonna clean it up when they come back 5 days later". Apparently a landscaping service can't clean up large clods of dirt which I could pick up by hand and rake through. To be fair. Pros: Responsive and quick to come out to give a quote and set a day for the work to be done. Clear communication when work had to be split up into two separate times because his crew contracted Covid and they did not have the manpower. Cons: Left a mess on the lawn after removing sod. I accept that some soil would be left after removing sod but this was an unacceptable amount. Instead of cutting the sod and rolling it (they did this for the first piece) they resorted to just throwing it around. Had to spent another 3 hours the next day shovelling clods of sod and dirt to clean up the mess ( filled up an entire wheelbarrow full of dirt and rocks) Mulched the beds as agreed on but left mulch on lawn as well as out of flower bed. First 3 pictures show the quality of work Beck's left and the 4th picture shows how it looked after I cleaned up with minimal tools (aka my hands, shovel and rake).
