My brother's easel didn't even make it to the next day to the church service/burial. We could not go into the store because they are "closed for covid" it's Jan 2023.. We called to voice our upset and "Lynn" who told us it was "well worth the price" then put us on hold for 35 min and waiting for us to hang up, never returned. That is how they treat people grieving.
