Not only did they cancel my last appointments with Dr. Garner, they wouldn't let me see her. I drove 25 miles and hobbled into the office on steroid filled knees only to be summarily dismissed. On my first experience with them the tried to sell me mouth wash for $55.00 and slid it into my bill without asking me if I wanted it. $55 FOR A BOTTLE OF MOUTH WASH! I caught it in time to have them remove it. Their pricing is significantly higher than Dr. Garner. I scheduled a crown, and they did not disclose the pricing ahead of time. When I got upset about it, they canceled my appointment and showed me the door. I was supposed to have 3 crowns done, two by Dr. Garner and hopefully one more next year. The male admin up front is truly a peice of work! And I don't mean a good one. He can not handle a difficult moment with billing questions. The female admin, did not take the time to contact my insurance to see how much they would cover and I have TWO policies. When I asked her why, she said it would take weeks. It had been 4 weeks from the time they met me and knew I needed these crowns. I had a few choice words for him, not her, Jerk that runs the office said "Yes, I am an "A", that's why they keep me." With that I left the office without seeing my long time dentist of over 30 years for at least a good bye. She probably doesn't even know what happened. I certainly don't trust him with the truth, Now I know why Sweet Maggie, Dr. Garner's admin quit. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN OVER 30 years with Dr. Garner. She will be sorely missed and this group will go on fleecing their patients. I was hoping to get a referral from Dr. Garner, but I have a feeling I will not speak with her again. I was taken to a chair where the person who started with me was a technician named Miguel. He said that I he would do the repair and it was no problem. The tooth set at an awkward angle but I was so happy to get it restored I was charge $125.00 and was told it could last forever. It failed that night and the screw broke again. I returned a week later to a new technician. She seemed very niveous and she tried to restore it. Same problem with the angle. After about an hour this Dr. Vera stepped and told me if I really wanted to fix it there would be a cost of $3000.00. They presented me with a bill and I left explaining I would have to think about that. No warranty cause they said at that time Dr. Hanna had retired and Dr. V they call him now owned the practice. I have been fighting to get my medical records released to me and given to my new dentist but many emails and phone calls and no records. I will have to go the State Board way and have a missing tooth for a long time. The new dentist needs the size of the precise screw dimensions to replace the tooth.
