Sign says open at 9:00am daily, the neon OPEN sign is on, it's 9:15am on Monday morning 9/29/2025 and it's completely dark inside, no one is here & it's closed

River nails is the only place I get a pedicure, Kim is amazing. I'm a rough, rugged outdoors girly and she makes my feet look like feet again and is always very polite. 10/10 recommend. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, so is the massage chair!

This place is horrible. At first, I would think that I would like it. I went to get a pedicure and manicure. At this point, I thought it was a nice place, I had been going there for over 2 years. But this time, it makes me want to never go to any places that are related to River Nails. So this time that I went to go get a pedicure and manicure as I said beforehand, though this time ever was going well during the manicure. But when we got to the luxury massage for the pedicure was when everything went wrong. Now this might be a problem of them possible not entirely understanding english. During the luxury massage, it felt as if they were doing it hard and rough. Now, after a tiny bit of time, it started to hurt. It has verbally told them that it hurt and that I wanted them to stop. Though each time, they had just ignored it and kept going. This now left me with bruises the next day! When we went back to tell them, it seemed like they didn't care. Also, I had told them it was from the roughness of the massage. (Which massages shouldn't even be rough enough to give anybody bruises!) Though they decided to tell me that maybe I was just allergic to the cream that they had used. But I think that I know the difference from an allergic reaction to bruises from the time that I've lived. During that, they were laughing! I feel insulted . I have the feeling that I should possibly take legal action since this isn't acceptable, and this this is probably happening to people right now and has already happened to people.

I have been here several times for pedicures and to have my nails dipped. My last time getting nails done was horrible. After two days, four nails were chipping. I approached the owner that had done my nails and she wasn't interested in making it right. She simply filed the chipped part down and then my nail shape was weird. Now, less than 24 hours later they are chipping again. She should have re-dipped the the nails in question. I understand things happen but it's up to the business to correct their work. Same day, during my entire pedicure, the nail tech was watching an Asian sale live on Facebook, paying more attention to it than her job. I asked her what she was watching, she said she wanted to buy stuff! I find it incredibly rude when I'm there for a service and they're preoccupied. It's especially irritating when I have to listen to her sale babble while there is music playing in the salon and the tv is playing family feud. Not a relaxing experience at all. I don't like to give poor reviews, but after I gave Holly a chance to fix my nails after the chipping and she claimed there was nothing she could do I was really upset. I liked their late hours and lower prices, but I guess you get what you pay for. My friend recently had the same issue with early chipping and started going somewhere else. I most definitely will not be back.

Bill managed to squeeze me in today when I called at 9:30am. I sat for my appointment at 11am. I had gel over my natural nails, but one broke. So he took off the gel and added one acrylic nail and suggested to do an overlay to keep my natural nails strong. I asked for bubble bath and he found the color immediately. He took his time on my nails, all while answering the phone and cashing out clients since he is the owner. I am very happy with my nails and excellent customer service! Bill was very sweet and secured me as his client

Ok so this place looks like trash from the outside (stickers on the windows/unable to see inside)... BUT go in and be nice to your nail techs y'all - Holly did my full set today (first timer here) she was quiet, gentle, and friendly. I showed her three pictures of style/design I wanted and she did great. Full set with gel plus glow polish and two sparkle nails came out to $55 plus tip - normal/great price for the area. I found my new regular place :)

Kim is my girl!! She kills my nails every time when it comes to shape, design, and color. Very professional and consistent when it comes to scheduling. If you choose to go with kim I recommend an appointment. The nail salon it's self is clean and the owners are very friendly.

Came here for the second time. The owner, Bill took care of me. He took his time and made sure my nails were impeccable. My nails came out looking beautiful, very clean and professional. I've had plenty of compliments already. My girls and I will be coming back for sure!

I recently moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago and I noticed this nail shop close by my home. I decided to go in and they did a decent job for the price but truthfully I've had better. I noticed sometimes my nails length or shape is off or the acrylic is not even. This last time however was the Cherry on top for me. I was going to a pool party and just needed a quick pedicure. I wanted to get a fluorescent yellow. When the nail tech started painting my nails she used white as a base to make the color appear even but keep in mind I've had this color several times regular and gel Polish and I've never had a problem. The nail tech put on two coats of white polish. I'm thinking does she know I want this other color? Fast forward one of the owners of the shop told me that's how they do it at this shop. I told her but you didn't tell me nor ask me if I wanted a white base coat. The owner proceeded to say she told the nail tech to do that and I replied That is the issue. You told her I didn't. As the paying customer you should of asked me or let me know how you do things at this shop. She offered to take it off but I said it's pointless that's more of my time wasted when all you had to do was ask but I'll tell you one thing this could be the last nail shop in Las Vegas and I wouldn't go here.

It was my first time to go to this place and certainly it is the LAST time! It's been just 10 days my nails start peeling like this! What kind of nail polish they use! Besides their customer service is NOT professional at all, at the beginning a lady started with my nails then suddenly she asked other lady to finish what she started with out any explanations or excuses I thought she could have had an appointment or she should take a break or maybe she had to leave... No! she went back to the same pose she was when I came in and she sat on one of the pedicure chairs watching something on her phone!! BAD SERVICE BAD PRODUCT (gel nail polish) Definitely not recommend this place P.S I paid $50 for that!!!!

Well let me start off by saying that I adore Holly every time I come in she does my nails above and beyond to my liking. I've been coming here for about the last year and a half since I've moved to the side of town from Seattle Washington. Usually when I go in and I'm greeted nicely, customer service starts off amazing I forgot to get her name but she is a older woman that works there and today I went in for my nail appointment which I do admit I was late for so I scheduled again with Holly for later I decided to get a pedicure so that I wouldn't have to get it done later. I start to get my pedicure she's soaked my feet takes my nail polish off. I didn't really get the exact pedicure that I'm used to it felt like she's soaked my feet and she used the electric nail file to takeoff my gel, usually when I come in they takeoff my gel polish she usually files little bit on top and she puts on the acetone on top. I didn't let it bother me though so I left it alone. Once it got to her actually cleaning my feet and cleaning underneath my toenails I feel she did not do. I asked her if she's going to clean underneath my toenails she tells me yes she never does it. She begins to get to the step where they're doing the callus remover and the touch was so soft she barely even got any skin off because once I left and touch the bottom of my feet they were still dry and still undone. So I just sit back and finish getting my pedicure she gets to painting the gel and I noticed that my pinky toenails are uneven one of them is bulky with a lot of nail polish on it the other one she filed down all the way the rest of my toes were not even some were square and filed the others were round shaped and uneven. There was gel nail polish all around my toes that she didn't even clean up to the point where I just told her it's fine I'll finish my own pedicure at home which I shouldn't have to, I've been coming here for a while and usually when I come and get my toes done I leave and my toes are sparkling but today my toes were not they were half done and rushed my pedicure was nowhere near the half hour that I'm Used to them taking on my toes. I scheduled my appointment with Halle for 7 PM and when I go back I'm going to have somebody fix up my feet. Update I changed it to one star I rescheduled with Holly she told me she wouldn't serve me because I was unsatisfied with my pedicure that the first lady did so she refused to see me because she said that I was picky and because I didn't like how her other lady did my pedicure so I would not recommend this place to anybody who likes to go somewhere for a long time especially if they're going to get treated like this because of one time I'm not supposed to just except the fact that my feet aren't done

Holly is my girl here! She takes her time and always gives me some cute nails whenever I come. I usually go for the same shape and choose a gel option and she always delivers. I live on the other side of town, but her work & pricing is worth the drive. read more

Made reservations for the following day through Yelp late at night, and the owner took me in! Went in for acrylic removal and the lady who removed my nails did an okay job. She occasionally hurt my nail bed a few times and she realized it. I only paid $10 for the nail removal which is a common price. Wouldn't mind coming back here. read more

This place is truly awful. They take forever, and they are never on time. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone in with an appointment and waited ridiculous times. Why make an appointment if it's not going to be on time? And I'm not talking about 15 minutes late, I'm talking about an hour and 20 minutes after the appointment time. Every single time I've gotten my nails done here it takes 3 to 3 1/2 hours just for a manicure and pedicure!! No acrylic no tips, Just a manicure and pedicure should not take three hours. They are extremely irresponsible and running a business to think that they would ever get repeat customers like this. It's a shame because they are the only place in town now that's open very late but what's the point if you're going to be there wasting your time sitting around? Get it together! read more

Been going here for awhile now.. I love having Kim doing my nails, as she is very through and clean. The owner is very friendly and tries to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Overall, it's a clean cute nail salon and their prices are pretty fair. read more

Where not to go. Cons -what appointment? -imma leave you in foils(on my hands) for an hour::goes home:: -rushed pedicure by a grandma I wanted to buy a house for and let retire -I'm also gonna eat and just stare::goes home:: -forgets about agreed discount (deserved at this point) Pros -I don't have to tip when it's this bad -inspired to do my own nails read more

Love love love love and more LOVE !!!! I'm not going to front , this place is a little pricey but it's so worth it .. every time I go here whatever I get lasts a month or more !!! So crazy .. I got acrylic nails on May 5th and one finally fell of on June 8th !! I tried Elaine's for a gel manicure and they fell off after two days ... so I came here A couple days ago and they look beautiful still even though I work in a rough environment for hands .. read more

Today I got a French manicure and the work is SO sloppy and bulky. I had to ASK for them to clip my hang nails or else they would have ignored them like always. I also got my 6 year old's nails done and they're already peeling off the same day. Sometimes walk-in salons are convenient and quick but the quality is trash read more

I've been supporting this place since day one since the very 1st day they open in of sent them of ton of clients tonight it came in for a pedicure in the 2 ladies kept saying we are new told them the color even picked a number on the stick and both colors they couldn't find I left with no Polish no lotion and the owner tells me his girl says I'm difficult I only wanted the acrylic fill to match I tried to explain to her if she uses the colored acrylic then I don't need additional Polish over it that the whole idea of the colored acrylic clearly she was clueless as to what she was doing he tried to charge me $60 for a $28 had a cure and when I questioned him he finally gave me $20 back it's not even finished I have no Polish I got no lotion on my legs or feet and I literally just laughed I'm so disappointed I have supported bill and Holly from day 1 and sent them a ton of business and be treated this way is simply insulting . The last time I came in there they had employees sleeping in the pedicure chairs it's just appointing because this used to be my go to place that clearly customer service is a thing of the past they used to care and were really awesome but clearly not any longer the last 3 times I've been there had been treated terribly as well as to all my friends that used to go there that will no longer go there this was my last time read more

Nice place! The service is great and the staff here never rushes you. Look for Bill, he does a great job on the nails. He takes his time asking you what you need. Make an appointment if possible because you dont want to be waiting in a long time. This is a family owned business. I will definitely refer this place to friends and family. read more

Linda was excellent. Friendly, did the exact shape I wanted, and nice to talk to. The salon is not fancy but I don't need to sit in a fancy place to impress anyone. Everything seemed clean and sanitary. I want my nails done right. I'm pretty sure I'm only going to have my pedicure done by Linda. read more

My nail tech, Kimberly that I've been seeing for 8 years now just started recently working here! I will always follow wherever she goes, she is by far the best nail technician I've ever had. She genuinely cares about your satisfaction, she is very talented & a perfectionist! I recommend everyone to her. The salon is clean & everyone who works there is friendly. I know it can be a risk to try new nail techs but I promise you will be very satisfied with Kim! read more

Place is dirty. First off, the screen/glass supposed to protect us is filthy. How hard is it to wipe it off and CLEAN in between clients. 2nd the glove that the woman wore ID ASSUME FOR SANITATION was ripped up. So while using the electric file kept hitting the glove even got caught on the rubber. Why not use a new and clean glove??? I came in telling the tech some of my nails were lifting and telling her which ones and she was rude saying she will figure out which one, so when she got to the nail that was almost falling off, almost ripped it completely out. If she would have listened, this wouldn't have happened. As she was using the electric file also, almost burned my nail bc she was filing so hard! They were just rude and inattentive. I def didn't feel welcomed. Will never come here again read more

Came here for the first time on a Sunday night around 7pm, no one in but me!- I think this place just recently opened! Spacious inside and really clean. Super nice people that work here! The woman that did my nails was awesome!- she took her time and made sure she did a perfect job on my hands and feet. Great customer service will be back!! read more

I just love this place! I moved from L.A 4 days ago and thank goodness I found it! I love Holly! She did an amazing job doing me a full set and a gel pedicure. She has lots of experience and you can tell right away. Holly & Bill were so nice, great customer service... nothing like enjoying a pedicure while drinking wine!!! I will definitely be going back, Bill and Holly were really professional and some of the nicest people I've met. If you haven't checked this place out you need to! I've been searching for a new nail salon, and I walked into this one. I had an amazing experience!! I got a regular pedicure and tried a powder manicure. Both came out great and were at very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place! read more

I think I found my new nail spot! I went here on a Sunday night. Found them on yelp looking for somewhere that was open and I'm so glad I did! Their basic pedicure still comes with a few extras, like a sugar scrub and a massage at the end. And they have liners for the bowls, which is HUGE for me since there is such a high risk of getting fungus from a pedicure (mom is a foot doctor). I also notified that they autoclave all the tools. Finally, I was so relieved to find a place that does hard gel for a reasonable price and doesn't take an hour and a half--taking that long is a dead giveaway that they don't know what they're doing. And she did SUCH a good job. I'll definitely be back. read more

Came across this nail shop off my yelp search for an open late nail shop. The staff is suppppppper friendly. Bill did my nails, he took extra time on removing my dead cuticle skin( a lot of nail shops don't even touch that now and days) the coffin shape I requested was spot on. And I was struggling between two similar colors and he recommended the most suiting one along with a glitter that complimented it best. I struggle a lot with techs burning me hence I have such small nail beds, but Bill was very careful and made sure to check on me every once in a while if i was okay. The pedicure was also amazing, everything smelled so great. I went with my friend and she noticed she had a cotton fiber stuck in her nail and my tech was quick to fix it even though it didn't bother my friend! So awesome.... and they have champagne!!! read more

Bill! Hes been doing my nails for about a year. Also something amazing to point out is I'm on the same original set! He takes such good care and detail that they've stood the test of being a mom, avid computer user, bartender and all other daily hazards lol. I usually go every 3 weeks and my nails still look great besides the nail growth. Holly and Bill are always so nice and accommodating. I love it here! read more

She pulled out the air brush to get this flawless blend. You can tell she know what she was doing and is very skilled. I was also very happy on how she cared and payed close attention to detail. When putting on the gems, she made sure all were centered and applied correctly. Even going back to seal any gaps the first set of glue did not fill before putting on the top coat. I know they need to crank out clients as quickly as possible to get in the next one to make money but a little more time would have been appreciated. I had a manicure there a week ago. I noticed that two of my nails were very lumpy at the tips and after a week began to crack. I went back there after calling and saying That I neeed to come fix two nails. When I came in the owner looked at the nails, saw what I was talking about and said that to change two nails would look different from the others that are a week old so why don't we change the color. I agreed. Only to realize at the end that he's planning on charging me $25 for that. He said that once he offered the color change I should've known it's going to cost me. After arguing for a few minutes it didn't help, I tried explaining that he said nothing about a cost to fix the two nails! I came to fix only two nails I didn't want anything else. The new guy sucks! I asked for coffin and got square/round and they're all super uneven. Not only that some of the nails are super thin while the other are bulky. He has no idea what he's doing. That dude made me feel so uncomfortable like maybe instead of trying to flirt with me you should have been paying attention to doing my nails. He doesn't do nails good and he's very creepy. Got to give this place a 4 star rating because... I'm sorry to report but one of their techs was not wearing a mask... and didn't put it on the entire time I was there. My daughter loves this place because their prices are fair for sure and they stay open late which is great, and everyone seemed friendly as well, just wish all employees were wearing a mask.
