I saw two, one seemed nice and the other even nicer. And that's the end of the positive. The front desk's communication, billing, insurance, and scheduling made me go find another dentist when I had a hole in my mouth...it was less frustrating than hearing the different versions of what they were selling. Twice there were calls that were going to "fix" everything...those left me being blamed for their miscommunications (one direct lie and a chain of miscommunications). The other review that complained about billing was about the same for me. It is unfortunate because like I said, the hygienists are awesome. I should have noticed that the last positive review left on this site is from 8 years ago.

I can't even eat food normally and I can't chew at all on my right side and they won't even examine the issue that they caused. They sent me this letter I guess because they're trying to say they're scared of me and that's why they're discharging me as a patient. I never threatened these people. And they also never once saw me without charging me for an appointment. That is also totally untrue. Gold trap is exactly what his name says. Just trying to get your money. I can't say enough good things about my experiences at NWA Family Dental!…read more When searching for a new healthcare provider, I always appreciate those who are both brutally honest and engaged listeners. I've had jaw pain for approximately 6 years, which has been shrugged off by every other dentist I have seen. Dr. Kifer took the time to understand the details of my discomfort and lay out my options in a very clear, straightforward manner. What initially brought me to NWA Family Dental was the insurance plan offered in-office, as I had elected not to purchase through my employer and desperately needed a cleaning. Their plan is reasonably priced and easy to understand. The facility is lovely and easy to find. (It seems that the layout and decor have been updated since the photos were last updated in Yelp.) Having grown up with braces and multiple dental issues, routine dental appointments don't induce the same amount of stress for me that others may feel. That being said, I'm confident that the staff at NWA Family Dental could put even the most anxious patient at ease! From the patient care representatives at the desk to the hygienists and doctors, I have encountered nothing but patience, understanding, and good humor from every employee here.
