I took the time to give him the greeting of the day and ask how his day is. He just said in reply "I need your name and birthdate." The guy at the front has zero customer skills. The interior of the building is GORGEOUS (im talking about the fish tank haha!) and I love how they have little teeeeny tiiiny samples of lotions and stuff too. It's so cute! I had to come in for my eczema on my hands last year and it was a very troubling experience. Prior to my appointment with Hull, i had multiple appointments with mercy hospital's urgent care teama nd they misdiagnosed my eczema 3 times in a row. First time as a staff, then second time as fungus, and then third time as SPIDER BITE? Thats how bad my eczema was. I was under a ton of stress, due to the tornado situation that happened last year. So it contribued to my eczema which like destroyed my fingers. My doctor at hull (i am so sorry i don't remember her name she was petite and blonde and very nice..?) was like "oh yeah that's eczema!" and she prescribed me clobetasol and like. i kid u not... it cleared up in like a week. Now whenever i start to flare up (it happens during the summers but last year was just super duper bad for some reason (like i said i think it was the stress..) i just put a little of the clobetasol on my hand and wear a glove overnight and bingo bongo its gonezo hehe. :D SO thank you doctor who I can't remember the name of off the top of my head because it's been a year since I've seen you uwu. You were the best thing to happen to me last summer (because like, my hands were GNARLY bruh)

I specifically saw Dr. Clifton,…read moreassuming that because she is the owner, she would be highly skilled with cosmetic injections. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The results of both my filler and Botox were far below what I expected. In my personal opinion, she does not have an eye for cosmetic work, and the injections did not turn out well at all. What made the situation worse is that when I returned hoping for a correction, there was very little concern or effort to address the issues I was experiencing. I left feeling unheard and uncared for. There were no refunds or complimentary options offered to make things right. I paid $2,000 for what ended up being the worst service I've ever received as the botox hit a nerve next to my lip and my lip was tilted for 3 month! This is just my personal experience, but I would advise others to be very mindful about who they book with for cosmetic injectables. After my appointment, I started asking around, and several people shared similar concerns about their experiences. I truly wish I had known beforehand. Yet it was important for me to share my experience so others be careful . Y

While the Nurse Practitioner was efficient, my request to have the daily morning/evening routine…read moreand 3 different products (what to use, when) to please be written down, went completely unaddressed. I was handed a duplex printed paper which was like an "if/then/else process" with variability and not my specific products throughout, and it did contains chemical names, not my specific products. I have requested this each visit and am sure that I am not the only person who asks for more than just the verbal instructions given during the exam. It is reasonable to be specific to my treatment and not a guessing game left up to my interpretation. Instead of addressing my specific questions, and clearly listing the steps morning and night with the specific products for my personal treatment, I have to try to figure out what the heck and when to use what! I notice this hesitation to write down anything with many offices now and feel that it is a drop in service for whatever reason (liability-related?, laziness?), but it frustrates me unnecessarily. Additionally, when I call to make an appointment for my preferred location, I am met with pushback because of where I may have been seen the previous time, which I occasionally accommodate for scheduling reasons. Once they put down a preferred location and if I correct them that, yes, I did see them at the Lowell location, but I prefer the Fayetteville, there is an snark. I'll just add that I try to be pleasant, but due to this ongoing resistance, I am going to find a different practice.

The facility itself was dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately raised concerns about overall hygiene standards. The office staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting patients, I was told to Google the location when I asked the address. They left out the fact that the location recently moved. APRN Martin's nurse was continually rude and dismissive. Martin specifically was nice enough in person but was overall difficult to work with, passing along rude messages via his nurse any time I left a message. Medications generally take a week to get filled, often sent to the wrong pharmacy. It will take multiple phone calls to get any requests done. It's almost like this phone tag prevents them from giving quick, complete care. I had to call to request a TB test that I needed for work FOUR times. The phlebotomists have terrible technique; they don't focus on finding the blood vessel, they stick it deep and then withdraw the needle hoping they hit a vein. They finally did, after the third stick. On top of that, the doctor was dishonest about offering telehealth appointments. I was told these were available, only to later be denied that option. To make matters worse, the doctor refused to refill a non-controlled medication without an unnecessary three-month follow-up appointment--something that felt more like a money grab than responsible care. Quality care is more than performing a list of tasks and paperwork. It is ensuring that the care is equitable to the patient's pocket and time availability. It is allowing patients to advocate for themselves and being the expert on their own body. Overall, I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, trustworthy, or competent medical care.
