The laser tech wouldn't let me go back in the room to discuss the treatment with my wife or me. I understand the rule once laser treatment starts that I can't be in there, but why not allow me to be there during the consultation/discussion especially when I have an appointment to get IPL as well. I could have left once treatment started, as I had my own questions. It's this one act on the laser techs part that ruined the entire experience for us both. I ended up cancelling my laser and Botox treatments. My wife stayed to get her consolation and left because she used Tretinoin (you have to wait two weeks since your last application). Also, if you get UV or spray tanned you have to wait at least two weeks (why not ask these questions when you book?). They lost a lot of business from us who normally spend thousands on upkeep. There are a lot of great places in Rogers and we will take our business elsewhere.

It was extremely painful, and I had to visit the emergency room and see the eye doctor twice. I got this infection right before Thanksgiving 2024, and as of January 8th, my eye still hasn't healed. I have to see an eye specialist at the beginning of February to check for any damage to my eye and to ensure that the infection hasn't spread to my brain. Renew Aesthetics claimed that this happens all the time, but my eye doctor said she had never seen anything as severe as my case! I was speaking with there insurance company to get this resolved but now I'm going to have to get my lawyer involvedbc I haven't heard from the insurance company after I had emailed a few times. First time as a staff, then second time as fungus, and then third time as SPIDER BITE? Thats how bad my eczema was. I was under a ton of stress, due to the tornado situation that happened last year. So it contribued to my eczema which like destroyed my fingers. My doctor at hull (i am so sorry i don't remember her name she was petite and blonde and very nice..?) was like "oh yeah that's eczema!" and she prescribed me clobetasol and like. i kid u not... it cleared up in like a week. Now whenever i start to flare up (it happens during the summers but last year was just super duper bad for some reason (like i said i think it was the stress..) i just put a little of the clobetasol on my hand and wear a glove overnight and bingo bongo its gonezo hehe. :D SO thank you doctor who I can't remember the name of off the top of my head because it's been a year since I've seen you uwu.
