I come back from summer and try to book my 4th (free) appointment and they tell me I had already used my 4th appointment. There was no record since I payed in cash. Weird since she told me it'd be free, but I brush it off, maybe I'm wrong and the latest session was my fourth appointment. I then book an appointment for two days later. I come in and she says "we are no longer able to buy numbing ointment in bulk so you will have to buy it down the street for $40" EXCUSE ME? I said "I have to buy it?!" She said "well let me check if we have extra" SPOILER: they do! I then ask for my deposit back because in no way am I paying $40 on top of the $405 I prepaid for 3 sessions. If you are looking for a normal doctor experience, look elsewhere. This is definitely not it.

Before I even realized, I had gone for 18 months, every 5-6 weeks. After going to another provider, I learned I NEVER should have been seen that much (should be a minimum of 8 weeks to allow hair to come back in). My new provider has the same machine as this company. I have also realized this company "spot treated" me instead of treating the entire area, which I paid for full treatments. Based on my results and now being educated, I believe the settings were set way to low for my skin type, which is why I did not see the promised results. This kept me going back and back and spending more and more money. I am now with another local clinic and have had 1 treatment that did more than this company ever did in 18 months! DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Arkansas State Law requires you to be SEEN by a doctor before treatments are done. I was NEVER seen by a doctor at this clinic and had 18 months of treatments. I completely feel like a fool! I wish I would have done more research! I also did acne treatments including microderm and a BBL laser. The last microderm appointment made my skin break out worse than it ever has in my life.
