VERY unprofessional office. Never again. Many promises, NONE kept. I was talked into paying $1600 on my first visit to receive dentures. Since I was leaving the state in a month, my concern was that they would be finished in that time. The office manager assured me that they would and took my check, which was cashed within 2 days. That was May 9th. I was scheduled to come back twice, very inconvenient early mornings. Both times I was told that the plate "wasn't ready" or "hadn't been received from Florida". I said I would have appreciated a head's up on that BEFORE I came to the office. The last excuse by the denturist, was "I got you mixed up with somebody else". Made me feel that this was incompetence; also made me feel unimportant and forgotten.
On 31st of May, in office, office mgr told me that denturist was working on my plate of three teeth. He would have it finished by the end of that day. I couldn't return yet again to their office at the end of the day so I told the office manager my address and to mail it to me. Fast forward to June 12th, Sunday. Still no denture in mail. I wrote an email asking what happened to my plate. No answer. Fast forward to Wednesday, June 15th. I called the office, talked to office mgr, who burst out laughing and said wasn't it funny that she was just putting my plate into a box to mail. I asked, did she receive my email, because she didn't answer it. Once again, I got excuses: she doesn't answer weekend emails; it was her personal account and she hadn't got to it yet (I had used the website contact email). I lost my temper and said she had promised me over 2 weeks prior that she'd mail the plate to me. She said she didn't have time to argue and hung up on me. Height of non-caring unprofessionalism. I'm waiting to see if I ever get the plate, or if I threw my money away. I am not rich, retired, on a fixed income. This was total nightmare. STAY away!!!! read more
