As a plus, if you need a ride home when leaving your vehicle there and a pickup when its ready, they also provide that service free upon request. The service they provided today - power steering pressure hose replace - carries a 3yr/36k mile warranty. That's better for such a repair than any other shop I've ever been to. Be aware that they do charge an $80 diagnostic fee for up-front repair estimates. However the manager offered to consider waiving it if I get the repair done by them today. I believe that was because I asked up front when checking in. If I hadn't, I got the impression they would have charged for that even with the repair. In this case, however, they were very good about it and did not end up charging that fee. I'll be going back again - I like this shop.

But no one here seems to care and makes it seem like it's your problem. They are not open on the weekends and apparently are closed on the day after Thanksgiving ‍, like for what???‍ I don't recommend this location or even this company. Then he said the parts came in and they were the wrong parts. I told him not to be messing with me because I had a daughter that was fighting cancer. He didn't care. Juan Vega kept giving us the run around we finally got the car back and not even a week later it was back in the shop. He kept it for another's 2 weeks. Then again he said it was ready it was back in the shop 2 days later. This happened 7 to 8 times each time keeping the car for 2 weeks or more. I ended taking the car to the dealership and they said the parts installed were not for my vehicle. The dealership asked if i could find out what part #'s were used. J. V. gave us the run around again saying he used this store, or this dealership. I called and they said they had no record of any transmission parts bought on the dates that was given. I had to pay the dealership another $2500. When I told J.V. I wanted my money back he said I should have given him a chance to work in the vehicle. I told him I had given him 8 chances he he didn't get it right. Again he gave us the run around on giving our money back. In the end I only got close to $400 back. Do not use this guy he is a liar and a theif.

I first found OJ's when I had my transmission serviced by another auto shop only to realize they just had my vehicle towed to OJ's for the work! This time I cut out the middle man and called OJ's directly. They had me scheduled quickly to come in the next day and worked around my schedule, surprisingly. Look, transmission work isn't cheap, but OJ's price was competitive and well worth the peace of mind you get knowing you've got experts handling the work. I wouldn't think twice about returning, but I am confident I won't need to for at least another hundred thousand miles!
