This one has been bookmarked for some time now and I was glad to finally visit. I met my dad here during lunch time. I inquired about menu items but we both decided to go with the lasagna, lima beans and sweet potato casserole from the buffet. The young lady made sure we were never without our beverage of choice. We enjoyed our meals. There were not a lot of people dining in but traffic was steady for call-in and to go orders. We eat there on Sundays after church. Awesome place to eat never had anything bad. Service was great also. We will be back .

A great meat and three that will fill you up and leave you wanting to come back. Everything about this place is amazing. From the moment we entered the parking lot I knew it was going to be good. We were traveling through on a Sunday afternoon and the place was full with people who had just got out of worship service. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel like we were part of the community. The jazz playing over the sound system, the staff checking on us every few minutes, the owner making rounds to make sure all was good, the list goes on. It really made us feel like we were home in our local favorite spots. I got the oxtail over dressing and the wife got hamburger steak over rice and we both got green beans and cabbage for the other sides. Everything was incredible! This is a very warm and inviting environment. The owner is outstanding in his treatment of his customers and goes overboard to satisfy their needs. I'm visiting from out of state, and I took my mother there for lunch. The place was clean, well lit and had an inviting appearance. The staff was welcoming, attentive and professional. We had the tasty roast beef accompanied by 3 sides. The owner came over to our table to check on us. This type of hospitality goes a long way with me. It shows that they care about their customers.
