Unidentifiable woman charged me $32 for a flat tire repair and told me the the noise was probably from the chain which sometimes makes a noise when shifting gears. Told her it happened when peddling and was constant. Was not told what had been done to bike so I believe nothing was done on either visit re my concern just got smoke blown up my arse. Also wanted seat adjusted and that was simply ignored. Not sure what I paid for. The bike still works but I fear it will break soon. Not at all satisfactory

And boy, were we glad we did. Everything from arranging an installation which literally took less than 10 min to the quality of the equipment they provided, I can honestly say that we'll be back to rent from these guys again. While we were waiting for them to install the cargo box, we saw that a lot of people were coming in to rent ski/snowboard equipment as well. She was able to rent the board back out right away, but still charged me for a full day plus the damage to the faulty board.
