One of the two gentlemen, with whom I spoke, was also very polite and friendly. However, I visited this location because of a specific bike they had advertised on sale and when they showed me the bike, I immediately noticed it was not as advertised. They had switched out the front shocks, tires, and shifters for lower end components which were not the components advertised on their website. For all I know, they may have downgraded other components as well that I didn't take the time to notice. While it is possible this was simply a mistake in advertising, I find it a little "fishy". When I asked if they could replace the original components, they made it clear that was not possible so I wonder what happened to those high end components. In any event, I walked out without the bike as it was simply not as advertised. As a result, I doubt I will return in the future. I definitely plan to warn my riding buddies and caution them against buying a bike from Pedalinx.

We had just replaced my wife's Specialized bike (had to go into the U.S. to find exactly the same bike) that was stolen so I wanted to "keep up" with a new bike of my own. One of the sales staff, Derry, was really helpful and being a serious rider himself, was able to find me a Specialized bike that was exactly what I was looking for. They have surrey bikes which were great since all 5 of our family members could ride together from adult to 5 years old. The process was really easy. You fill out a form. They send you on your way and then you pay when you get back. For the double surrey and hour is plenty of time to enjoy with your family.
