After trying to get a quote from two other companys we were lucky enough to contact Agape. Caroline immediately saw the issue which was caused by constant caulking around the flow to the pump. She also spotted that the salt cell had been installed before the water flowed to the filter and showed how it was acting as a filter thus shortening it's life. Caroline replaced the pieces of pipe, re-sited the salt cell after cleaning it and then cleaning up the mess left by the original contractor so that the system was streamlined without excessive unecessary piping. We were very pleased with the work, Caroline was prompt and left the area far less messy than she found it. Most impressive was that she was immediately able to diagnose the problems left by the original contractors during the4 months they had been on the job. We certainly recommend Agape for any system issues. They constantly communicated with us and their charge was reasonable.

Got our pool about 15 months ago and it was a solid experience all around, quick and efficient. I dealt mainly with Holly but Billy was super easy to talk with and made quick decisions. I've heard horror stories with pool builders but this was about as smooth as it could be.

Although the re-plastering was sub'd out to another company, Kingfish coordinated it for me and the work was excellent. The pool is gorgeous. Their pool maintenance service after that, however, was not on par with what I expected. The service started 4 days after the re-plastering, on the 18th of the month, but my first bill came in quite a bit higher than expected. I questioned the amount and got a expected reply but then commented again, but did not get a response. I wrote them a second time, but again, no reply, but I was billed. I have an issue getting a bill that appeared to be for a full months service plus chemicals, when they started on the 18th. I wrote them one more time complaining about this and never got a reply. So, 28 days from when the pool plastering was started, I terminated their maintenance service and am moving to someone else. Their communication, whether it be email or text, leaves a lot to be desired, but this is my opinion, which I need to say, and may not be yours!

First of all, if I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a brand new Jacuzzi Hot Tub from…read moreLadner's in March 2025. The day it was delivered (June 5, 2025) we noticed that there was debris coming out of the jets and that one jet was not working AT ALL. There was also low pressure coming from all jets, indicating possible obstruction in the unit. The service engineer came out to look at it and told me that the unit was operating properly and left. On June 24 I emailed Ladners and asked for an update to the problem and was informed that they could not get in touch with theie Jacuzzi representative but would get back to me. In July the same engineer came back out, drained the hot tub and determined that the jet was glued internally and that they would have to open the unit, cut out the insulation and try to replace. He stated it should be replaced as he could not fix it and it was damaged on delivery and would speak with management. July 10, still no work from Ladners so I contact Jacuzzi to ask what is going on. Jacuzzi tells me that they were notified but they need more documentation. Ladners tells me they can send the engineer back out in a week or two to take the pictures and get the serial number which was ridiculous, so I take the panel off, take the pictures needed and email all of the info to Ladners. It is now August 15 and Ladners tells me that they have not heard back from Jacuzzi. During the month of July and August I had also reached out to speak with the GM Tevin Ladner to no avail. It is now September 22 and the engineer comes back out because Jacuzzi has told him how to fix the jet and sends him a video on how to do so. Now remember, in July this engineer said he would have to cut out the insulation, but he comes to perform what, cutting out the insulation. He arrives, opens the side panel, and his exact words are "F" it, I can not work on this. Remember he and Ladners knew this in July. The engineer then leaves. So we are in month 4 of owning a huge piece of junk in my backyard that does not work and still not word from Tevin Ladner. On September 23 I receive and email that Tevin Ladner will be taking over the RMA with Jacuzzi to get to some resolution. On September 30 I still have not heard from Tevin, so I email him again asking for a full refund or a like in kind replacement, totally fair right? It is not October 3, and I hear from Ladners salesman that Tevin has turned it over back to him (hmm) apparently Tevin really doesn't care about customers or customer relationships. Now at this time, they believe that they have found their Jacuzzi Sales Rep, not sure how the kept their hot tubs in stock the past 5 months, but I guess it easier to order them. I ask for a refund again or a like in kind replacement, and am told that the unit can be fixed, LOL. This is the best, I then receive another email from Ladners that Jacuzzi will work directly with me, and thank you for your business. They give me no context, no contact information, nothing to go on. I contact the BBB to get them involved. During that process we go back and forth and all I ask for is to either give me a refund or replace the unit. Laders insist through the BBB that it can be fixed so in 3 separate email through the BBB I say fine, come pick it up, take it to your shop and fix it. On October 22, BBB closes the case as Ladners will not come and pick up unit to fix, will not replace and will not refund. They then send me an email telling me my only option if I am not satisfied is to contact the Attorney General's office and submit a complaint about unfair practices, which I do, and hire a lawyer which I do. On October 28 my attorney reaches out to Jacuzzi. He hears back from Jacuzzi the same day stating that I refused service from Ladners and they were told the RMA was closed. My attorney sends Jacuzzi all the emails between Ladners, BBB and myself contradicting what Ladners told them. Two days later, they call him back apologizing stating that their vendors are held to a higher standard and this should never have gone this far. The hot tub should have been replaced in the June/July timeframe. Jacuzzi agrees to send me a new unit immediately. FUNNY, I RECEIVED IT JANUARY 2026, 7 MONTHS AFTER INITIAL PURCHASE. Here is the kicker, I still have to work with Ladners, because they are the only vendor to Jacuzzi in our area. Ladners gets the sale, but THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY MORE BUSINESS FROM ME, AND I HOPE FROM YOU. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE GM IS NOT A RESPECTABLE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT PROFITS AND WILL NOT HELP THE CUSTOMERS IN THEIR TIME OF NEED. THE UNIT WAS DAMAGED AT DELIVERY, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT TOOK 7 MONTHS TO GET RESOLVED. YES 7 MONTHS, IT WAS DELIVERED IN JANUARY OF 2026.

He came out to change the panel along with replacing the pillow cushions on the inside of tub and one of the top caps that controls the jets. He only replaced the panel and said he would do the other stuff when he comes back because he says I need a motor. So I paid the service fee and he didn't do everything I had parts for at that time. He also told me I needed to pull up my deck boards for him to change the motor. Which we didn't. The panel where the motor was is on the part of the tub facing out. Yes. he would have to bend down. I was not going to take my deck apart because he didn't want to bend down. I told Ladner's he didn't seem to know what he was doing. Now they won't work on the hot tub. How petty! They won't come out to service the Hot Tub but they sure didn't mind taking my money when I ordered the motor and then tell me after the fact that they won't service me! DO NOT BUY JACUZZI no one services them and DON"T BUY FROM LADNER'S if they are going to cut off their customers who have spent a pretty penny at their business!
