We had a pool renovation by another company which was a disaster. We were left with a leak around the pump. After trying to get a quote from two other companys we were lucky enough to contact Agape. Caroline immediately saw the issue which was caused by constant caulking around the flow to the pump. She also spotted that the salt cell had been installed before the water flowed to the filter and showed how it was acting as a filter thus shortening it's life. Caroline replaced the pieces of pipe, re-sited the salt cell after cleaning it and then cleaning up the mess left by the original contractor so that the system was streamlined without excessive unecessary piping. We were very pleased with the work, Caroline was prompt and left the area far less messy than she found it. Most impressive was that she was immediately able to diagnose the problems left by the original contractors during the4 months they had been on the job. my pool's pump had stopped working as it was tripping the circuit breaker each time it was scheduled to come on. Caroline can and assessed the situation. she was friendly , knowledgeable and professional. She said it was the pump motor and that she would provide with a detailed estimate when I asked the range of such an item she gave me the range. she returned with the new motor and installed easily. OK very important when you find someone wonderful to speak about it this gentleman got a phone call from me who was very frustrated with the pool that I consider to be an ex-husband and some sort of a mistress on the side because he was giving me misery he being the pool in my backyard . nevertheless agape came out and almost as if I haven't dropped him in my backyard and a sense of some realnecame around I was free the pool was becoming beautiful by the seconds that only with everything coming to together perfectly I would've imagined it but everything that was wrong with my pool, things like water was draining out in pool & my water bill was ridiculously high he noticed it he fixed it and didn't even find it to be an issue. Other persons would make a big fuss & wants to act like oh wow this is a really expensive thing to do no it's not expensive it's no big deal we have this under control and it's done... i'm so excited that I got them to come out they turn and ex-husband into a friendly smiles they turned a mistress like situation into a husband again enjoy my pool I enjoyed the interaction with the person that came out from agape and the end result is it was worth every penny and he's reasonable and it's done, I look forward to my weekly visits read more
