The leak was under the skimmer which had been sloppily placed and covered in plaster. Caroline removed and replaced the skimmer while we were on vacation. The result was very much neater and totally professional. I can thoroughly recommend her work. The cost is reasonable and you can be certain the job will be done right. Hopefully we have come to the end of the problems caused by the original contractors but if not I would call Agape again as I have complete confidence in the quality of their work.

We were referred to John the Pool Man because we had a vinyl liner that was sagging in a couple of…read moreplaces. Other pool repair people said they didn't handle that kind of repair. The liner needed to be put back under the coping where it had slipped out. We had tried several times for the past 9 months to figure out to do this without tearing the liner, and couldn't get it to go back in. Then, the Pool Man comes over and within 10 minutes, has every place it was sagging, back where it belongs. What?! First "wow"! He showed us pictures of other vinyl liners he has installed. Looked great. Second problem: My pool motor kept humming, and wouldn't turn on to circulate water through the pump. I thought it was the capacitor, so had run out to get a new one. The Pool Man slips off the cover to the motor housing, turns the shaft around, unsticking it, puts the cover on, puts back on the old capacitor (because I didn't need one, anyway), The pool runs like a dream. Second big "wow"! Can you believe that? And he didn't try to make it seem that he would need to do some really complicated things to fix the issues with my pool which would entail several visits and mucho dinero - which, by now were making me crazy, just thinking about how much money I'd have to spend to get them fixed. He makes it look easy. And, his prices are more than fair. Especially for the excellent work the Pool Man does. He only advertises by word of mouth, so here it is. Great job Pool Man!!! Thank you.

Initially, I gave Lee swimming pools a very poor rating. After being contacted by Joel (the owner) after my review. Joel came out and made everything right. Being in business myself, I understand that sometimes associates or employees don't always make the right call. It happens. This was the case in my situation. Joel personally came out and rectified my problem. He also offered to give me my money back, which I did not accept. My only goal was to get the work completed that I had paid for. Joel seems like a standup guy, and cares very much about the quality provided by his business. Very sorry that I had not amended this sooner.
