After trying to get a quote from two other companys we were lucky enough to contact Agape. Caroline immediately saw the issue which was caused by constant caulking around the flow to the pump. She also spotted that the salt cell had been installed before the water flowed to the filter and showed how it was acting as a filter thus shortening it's life. Caroline replaced the pieces of pipe, re-sited the salt cell after cleaning it and then cleaning up the mess left by the original contractor so that the system was streamlined without excessive unecessary piping. We were very pleased with the work, Caroline was prompt and left the area far less messy than she found it. Most impressive was that she was immediately able to diagnose the problems left by the original contractors during the4 months they had been on the job. We certainly recommend Agape for any system issues. They constantly communicated with us and their charge was reasonable.

They changed the sand in our filter out for us. any questions we had about up keep and quick fixes where needed. Every time they came to clean our pool we could not tell that it had been cleaned. Johnathan and Jessica never stayed more than 5 minutes to clean. Leaves, dirt and other debris was largely ignored, and when we tried to discuss this the Waterdogs told us "we were not a good fit." So if you want pool maintenance people who actually clean your pool- do NOT call the WaterDogs.
