Every time they came to clean our pool we could not tell that it had been cleaned. Johnathan and Jessica never stayed more than 5 minutes to clean. Leaves, dirt and other debris was largely ignored, and when we tried to discuss this the Waterdogs told us "we were not a good fit." So if you want pool maintenance people who actually clean your pool- do NOT call the WaterDogs.

I was so "pleased and impressed" with C & C Leak Detection, Inc., when their technician, Jeremy was…read moreable to detect the issue and resolve it. I can now rest assure that I don't have to continue filling the Pool with water every other day, worrying about an outstanding, priced water bill. Jeremy is such a likeable guy who explained the procedures to me; and hopefully the outcome as he prognosticated. Jeremy was extremely professional and came to my home equipped and ready to do a good job. I am a completely happy customer (because trying to find the leak myself, had me stressed out) with the outcome and the price. At the end of the day, I received a full and explainable report in details of the complete process. I would recommend C & C Leak Detection, Inc., to anyone who's looking to resolve their leaking pool issues. They are the company to keep in mind and to call to get the job done and done RIGHT. David, I commend you and Jeremy!! Thank you so much for a job well done at a price well worth the money; and, a HAPPY customer for LIFE. 5.0 Rating. P.S. I'm more than sure I'll be calling you guys again to service my pool in thenear future. Carol B.

I wanted to take the time to write this because I feel we are all quick to complain yet do not…read morealways take the time to say THANKS for great work and integrity. Fourteen years ago, I hired a competitor that turned out to be a major mistake. This time, C & C came highly recommended and once hired came out and spent a few hours checking for where the leaks in my pool might be. After getting their report, I met with a few companies and finally hired what I believe to be the best pool repair men in the area. Unfortunately, they said another leak had to be present and could not find it. I called up C & C and they sent the same guy out that same day, AT NO COST TO ME, to find the other leak. He did so and I am so very grateful. Not often does such integrity in today's world of business appear. Thank you C & C. You are the best. God bless you guys.

(This part is important because, at first, I was hesitant to schedule an appointment as the date…read moregiven was two months away.) SCHEDULING: Julie has a great scheduling system giving you a date that may shock you as it is FIRST a month or two out. She only schedules one job a day, but Scott is able to perform multiple jobs a day. As she tells you, she will text with a new updated date every few days as they are able to complete multiple jobs daily. After 3 new texts updating my appointment, they were at my home 70+ miles from their office within 3 weeks of the initial phone call to them. LESSON: DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THE SCHEDULING SYSTEM--it is MUCH quicker than the initial scheduled date. QUALITY OF WORK: Scott was extremely thorough examining our pool, hot tub, and pool equipment and its supply lines. He gave us a verbal report, making sure we knew where the 3 leaks were. He also gave us the names of several contractors who were able to make the necessary repairs. I cannot express the completeness of his inspection. BILLING: We paid upon completion of the job. The next day, we received a paid invoice for the work which detailed where the leaks were and what was needed to correct each one. I truly appreciated this, as I was able to send that report to the contractor so he would know exactly what he was bidding on for the repair. REASON FOR RATING: *Honesty in the proposed scheduling system and actual quickness in getting to my pool. *Quality of work. I would rather wait 3 weeks and have an accurate diagnosis rather than an appointment the next day from someone who doesn't have the equipment nor experience to correctly report every problem. *Professionalism that makes me comfortable enough to recommend Cameron Leak Detection to others.
