John and his team came in and got right to work. He took extra care and time to ensure that the grout work was correct in color, which looked great and made it very difficult to ID the old from the new. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and looked/functioned great. Only reason for the 4-Stars is due to leaving a little bit of a mess from the frosted window replacement and regrouting.
