After meeting Miguel to look at the space, I felt confident the job was going to be done well and with great care and efficiency. I was initially impressed with their promptness, both on the consultation day and the day of the job. While other companies will give you an arrival window and keep you waiting, Miguel and his team arrive precisely when you planned and get straight to work. They are efficient, and do a truly beautiful job. I am also a first time homeowner and haven't gotten a room painted before, and Miguel provided great insight on all my questions about what paint/finish to buy and how to prepare for the job. He is also a lovely human being who makes you feel at ease from the second you meet him. I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience. I will 100% be using them again and have already recommended them to friends. AND I am absolutely in love with my new room!

My partner and I found Jason through Yelp, and based on his profile and website took a shot in the dark and contacted him for a quote. We're so happy we did! As a start-up business our budget is tightly managed to the penny. Jason stated he wasn't the least expensive in his field, but we were so impressed with his easy-going, professional manner we were convinced the cost would be worth it. Jason recognized our needs right away and the quote he submitted was more than reasonable, and less than his competitor. His crew is friendly and efficient, and their work is impeccable! We certainly weren't one of Jason's larger projects but he made a point to stop by the site and check in on the progress of the job, as well as stay in touch by phone. Jason is reliable, reasonably priced, and invested in his local community. We can't recommend Jason and his crew enough!

I reached out to 5star for a quote and Zach came out a day later to take a look. He surveyed the house and gave me a detailed, itemized quote before he left that same day. I got 4 other quotes and none of them were able to give me something so detailed so quickly. Their prices weren't cheap but it was beyond reasonable considering what had to be done. I appreciated Zach for not wanting to cut corners just to decrease the price. A couple other quotes I had were cheaper but the finishing job would definitely reflect that. They started the job immediately after i notified them that i wanted them to paint our house. Other places told me they wouldn't be able to start for another week-2 months, which was a problem because there were several places of exposed wood and it was during a rainy season so i definitely didn't want the wood to rot. Once they started, there was constant communication regarding what was being done/what was left to be done by the project manager, Ellie. During the process, a couple glass panes got broken (which I don't blame them at all for, the house is extremely old), but Ellie and her team got new pieces cut and fit at no extra charge. The entire process was straight forward, no hidden fees/charges, fast, and done beautifully. Any concerns I had during the process, they addressed immediately and clearly by Daniel and Kyle. I would definitely recommend them! The before and after pictures are attached below.

They followed my instructions for special colors and surfaces, demonstrating great patience and professionalism. It takes skill, experience, and bravery to hop on a super tall ladder and excecute detailed work - like reaching high spots or masking off gutters. Painting a house feels good because it protects the exterior compoents and reenergizes its sense of place. I am also amazed by how much better the windows looked, after they treated the panes with a masking fluid prior to the painting process. Shoutout to Moises, Axel! Their friendly and upbeat crew cleaned up at the end of each workday, and neighbors nearby appreciated their respectful methods.
