The culprit was a broken seal around the exhaust for our furnace and the first company we called wanted to "find more to do for us" so the fix could "meet their minimum." We called Stop the Drip and coordinated with Christopher - he was kind, professional, and flexible with his time. He explained exactly who would be arriving at our house, and made sure he understood how we wanted to communicate. They were out here the next day. Christopher's brother, Miller, came to do the work. He got delayed in arrival but was very good about keeping us posted on his timing. Miller did great work, was incredibly professional, made the fix painless. It is currently raining cats and dogs outside (4 inches so far today) and we don't have a water feature over our dining table anymore!
