Although I have never had a vendor demand payment before the event, I quickly complied and was shocked when she had the gall to deliver the chairs late Then I stead of arriving the morning of the wedding at the venue to set up she she arrived at 1:00 pm, and hour before the ceremony. She also left before the clean up was finished. Save your $1,000 dollars and do it yourself.
