A lot of these comments about these kids - for a lot of them it's their first experience working - they're learning. The alleys are kept in great shape - some malfunction from time to time but I've seen the staff repair them as soon as it occurs. Facilities are clean and the kitchen staff follows good handling protocols. It's the only bowling alley in the area so it stays super busy. Expect that.

Son and daughter-in-law thought this would be a great alternative and made a reservation for a lane. It was very entertaining and fun to watch a cross section of people enjoy a Saturday afternoon with family and friends. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We ordered a large pizza, nachos and stuffed potato skins. Everything tasted great and was delivered quickly to our lane. It was a great afternoon for our family. We look forward to returning.

We were told that we could purchase a ticket for $18 which included two games of bowling, 2 games of laser tag and skating. They failed to tell us that their was a party going on and we wouldn't be allowed to use the laser tag. They kept telling us it wouldn't be much longer and we'd be able to play. They told us about another 30 minutes for 2 hours. We left without ever getting to play and of course I had very disappointed kids. We should have been told when we purchased a ticket that included 2 games of laser tag that we weren't going to be allowed to play. They took my money and offered no refund for those 2 games. Very poor business ethics.
