1st Time I went aug 8 2025. I took my grandkids there my granddaughter got her ball stuck in gutter so she walk out it at the beginning of the lane they worker went as well to help her. (Never said a word) well it happen in the 4th game again she went to get it. The manager with blonde hair walk up was red in face rude I mean rude said this 2 x time dont do it again . So,I let it go. So when we was going to pay to leave she act like I couldn't pay for bowling game. So, I was walking out I seen her look at me rolled the eyes. We've been in the league here for years. Mike tries super hard to make sure high school kids can get some job experience but is very strict. No phone use... good grades required. A lot of these comments about these kids - for a lot of them it's their first experience working - they're learning. The alleys are kept in great shape - some malfunction from time to time but I've seen the staff repair them as soon as it occurs. Facilities are clean and the kitchen staff follows good handling protocols. It's the only bowling alley in the area so it stays super busy. Expect that. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The employees were terrible,they rushed us to leave even though there was 49 minutes before closing.Also the food and drinks where stopped 1 hr before they closed. read more

It wasn't terrible but we payed for 2 hours of bowling, first off the lane we was in messed up 2 times and we was waiting for at least 10 minutes that we couldn't get back then last game we was in the tenth frame with last bowler to bowl and 2 hours expired, I understand you get two hours but the place wasn't even busy so it's not like someone was waiting on our lane, I just think that is terrible if you are in the 10th frame when time runs out you should be able to finish your game, I will Def go somewhere else next time read more

We arrived to bowl for a going away party and we were told 20 mins to get a lane... After 1 HOUR and half of the alley open (because they closed half at 6:30pm) we finally got up and left because they told us it would be another 20 minutes so we left. read more

Did not enjoy bowling. Ball was not cutting like it should. I asked the staff about changing lanes and they told me wouldn't matter none of the lanes have been oiled in over a week. How do you have a bowling alley and not oil the lanes????? read more

WORST BOWLING ALLEY EVER. Very rude customer service. Just a rude place in general. Called before we came out to make sure there was lanes open for us so we didn't make a 30 minute drive for nothing, just like we did the week before. They told us on phone yes lanes will be available until 9-9:30, so we went out and walked in and the girl told us she did not have any available lanes due to a leauge. Which I completely understand, but why did the worker on the phone tell me lanes were open? She was just very rude and nasty with us. Would not recommend. Looked like a very dirty ran place anyways. Workers here are very unprofessional. It took 20 minutes to get one drink and the lady working concession made eye contact with us many times so she knew we were there to order. Our friends also tried to order food and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. When they went up to get it there was no bacon on the burger so they asked what the problem was and why their order had been messed up. The worker then tells them they actually don't have bacon at all. Also, the lady working the front desk was so unbelievably rude and constantly harassed our table then proceeded to yell at us right before we left. read more

I'll never go back there again. We were out beside a family of 4 who used every inch of the ball return with the 8 balls they were using so I asked if we could be moved. They allowed it. They put us in a lane with bumpers and I asked if they could take them off. It took a half hour to get that job done, and that was after i asked a different employee. I understand people get busy so brushed it off. There was a group of girls who brought their kids. It was like a daycare with no adult supervision 6+ kids all under the age of 6 I'd guess, and they were running wild. I was 4 lanes down from them and they would run all the way across the alley and nobody would say a thing. At one point 3 of them played ring around the Rosie in the lane beside us and they turned and looked at me I'm disbelief. They had just gotten there. I told them to get used to it because it wasn't going to stop. I didn't even bowl a second game because it's hard to concentrate with unsupervised kids running in front of you. The people on the other side had a group of 5. 2 adults and 3 kids. It was like a union meeting every time one of them would bowl. All 3 kids would run up there. Wouldn't be a problem if they stayed on their side. Of course they didn't. Halfway at the start of the second game I was going to go ask politely if they could do something about it as I paid for my game and shoes, but my family was in the 8th frame by the time the crowd died down enough for me to get to the counter. I'll wait till the pandemic is over or until rules are applied before I attempt to ever step foot back in this establishment. How I miss colonial lanes. read more

Wish I could have rated this place better. The given shoes were sticky on the bottom. The lane we had been given had numerous glitches and when we asked for help, the little girls at the counter were more interested in socializing and texting than doing their jobs. The music later at night was appropriate for the tween crowd, however we were in from out of town and since this was one of the few opportunities for my 7 year old to have fun with her cousin, we jumped at it. Well, I attempted to schedule a party and we had a three hour supervised visit due to some situations with my grandsons mother and they wouldn't let us schedule a party for this period of time. So I show up today, no big party stuff, just a couple family members and they offer me the family fun pack. This was over $70 with tax. I paid it, got my lane, and we had the worst time! The lane didn't work, the bumpers wouldn't work, wouldn't allow me to bring a small, super small cake in since this is the only public place we could go for this event and do anything around this town... I told them the situation, offered to sit in " dining area" and clean up after myself and they refused. This place is private owned and no huge line that rules can't be broken, or slightly bent in this case. They were all about the leagues but our lane didn't work, spent most of the time waiting for them to reset it at least 10 or more times so we could finish..... just an overall bad review and not cool with the situation. read more

I don't even know where to start... I called earlier in the week to ask about reserving 2 lanes for 12/10/17. I was told hat we couldn't reserve any lanes and nonparty specials were available on Sunday evenings, however, I could do two family specials and I could bring a cake but if I only did one special I couldnt bring the cake. This was going to work out perfect, I invited all the kids and ordered the cake. I called around 4pm on 12/10/17 and was told the bowling alley was closed until 7pm to the general public. I explained to the young lady that was a "manager" and she said she was sorry and would call the people that were working on Tuesday and Wednesday eveining and her supervisor. She called me back and told me that no one talked to me and that her supervisor said that even if I did buy two Family specials I wouldn't have been able to bring a cake in and none of his staff would have told me that. I told he young lady I wasn't lying that this was actually the second time this has happened to me and that the people answering the phones probably needed to be trained a little better and she told me that those employees had been there a long time and hey know what they are doing. I thanked her for ruining my 10 year olds birthday and she said she didn't ruin it, I told her that strike zone ruined it but not to worry because Colional Lanes came through for us. Not only did my son and his friends have a great time we saved over $100 having it at a different location. I will not ever spend another dime in your establishment unless I have to for some reason. read more
