Our room was clean and cozy, so we were able to relax after a long day in the airport. The management at this property is completely ineffective. I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is old and outdated. The mattress is as hard as concrete, providing no rest. My room faced the street, and the traffic noise was constant. The bathtub and shower combo was extremely outdated, and figuring out how to turn on the shower faucet was frustrating. Every floor had an out-of-order sign for ice. Parking costs $10 a night, and I was not offered a waiver for signing up for their "rewards program," unlike a couple in front of me who were. This is clear favoritism. I contacted management via email with no response until the manager, D. Huddleston, saw my online review. Then he responded claiming he had seen my review and would look into it -- which he did not. After following up, They don't have any amenities that any other hotel would have except shampoo and conditioner. They didn't have a microwave or a coffee maker. I still received no response. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

I booked for the Portola festival since its cheaper to stay outside the city and its still close. Check in was easy but their cook had left at 6 so wasnt able to get a meal. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful and pointed me towards places to eat and grab a snack that were walking distance. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The tv was positioned weird though to wear you couldn't really see it from the second bed due to the positioning of the dresser and cabinet. Overall it was a nice stay and it felt safe.

Because of that, we opted for the Four Points, which is an airport hotel near SFO. The room was still around $375 per night, a steep price for a Four Points and an airport hotel. What made up for this was that the staff was lovely. The front desk was friendly and personable, making the stay more enjoyable. The room was solid and I had no complaints about it. The lobby area is small but there is a restaurant where we were able to post up and get some work done. Although the trip was quick, the hotel did the job!

Either from the inline phone, or by calling them directly. Is this place a joke?

There's a reason this joint has only 2.8 stars across 3,600 reviews -- their so called customer…read moreservice (more like 'customer rejection'!) was unnecessarily mean spirited and obnoxious. My step daughter lives about a hour away from this place and recently simply needed a quiet comfortable place near SFO to hold an important, competitive job Zoom interview before jumping on an airplane. So she booked a room for the night, planning to get there early in the morning to set up for the call but upon arrival the Manager informed her the room had been canceled as a no-show. It's one thing to have a policy and to convey it gently and courteously (while perhaps finding a solution). It's another thing to be completely unhelpful to somebody needing nothing more than a quiet place for a few hours. The manager showed no compassion, flexibility, imagination, or humanity. My daughter in law was forced to hold the interview outside - with traffic and airplane noise, not to mention an unhoused individual bugging her. (BTW: Not unexpectedly, the interview did not go off well despite my daughter in law's creativity, resilience, and determination.) The manager of this facility was rude and obstinate and should not be in the 'hospitality' Industry feigning the care and well being of customers. Shame on you! I hope this review drops your ratings down to 2.5 stars! This place should be avoided until they clean up their mess!

First off, this is close-by SFO airport and if you are not local to SF, if you stay elsewhere, the traffic going back to the airport can be stressful. There is a parking fee per night of stay ($35 during my stay last week). Your room key is your card pass to the parking lot for most guests. Diamond tier have a more reserved parking spots near the entrance of the hotel. However, when I tried the key cards during my first day of stay, both cards weren't working. There is a help button which they buzzed me in afterwards. Throughout the entire week, the gate at Corporate drive was closed, no coming in and out so I would always have to go around. There was not a day that I didn't try to push the help button because my cards were not working even after asking for it to get check by front desk. Let me just say that all of the front desk agents are great, helpful and informative. With so many amenities, they try their best to explain each information to every guest. The hotel has 4 elevators. 2 at front and 2 at the back. You need to tap your hotel key card before you can push any floor buttons. I stayed in one of their newer rooms, the thermostat was set to a certain temperature. I did not felt any difference even when I changed it. I did not voiced this out because I was in and out of my room a lot. Breakfast is complimentary and they have happy hour every day. Overall, my room was clean but housekeeping was not replenishing everything they took out of my room. Any of my used towels that were not on the floor were taken but not all were replaced. I was not able to use the pool but I saw many kids playing in it during my stay. I can't say anything about the fitness center as I wasn't able to use it either due to my work schedule. If you are light sleeper, you will hear airplanes taking off at any time of the day even when at night.

My partner booked this place without reading reviews. Not quite his fault though because the photos for park pointe are very outdated and the grounds look post-apocalyptic. Think the walking dead. The grass is dead and yellow, the weeds and bushes on site and below the stairs are overgrown and not maintained, there are units that are completely abandoned, used to store piles of old mattresses, with yellow and green algae stained windows. Crazy thing is, they have signs posted on the sides of their building saying things like "I know our location will have you wanting to book with us once" or something. They know they look horrible. The photos online are showing a more lush, clean, bright Park Pointe Hotel- but the photos are from six years ago. Like I said, this place is an eye sore and will have you questioning how they're able to still run a business like this. Within three hours of check in, the power went out in the bathroom. The carpets smelled old and of mildew. The print on the carpet had disappeared completely on 85% of the room. The phone looked stained with a rust colored substance, there were drain flies just chillin on the walls and pillows, it was humid and smelled so much by the evening, I had to step out of the room to breathe. I asked my partner to check with the front desk to see if we could change rooms. The man at the desk said there was nothing available so I decided to speak to them myself. I was upset and expressed my disappointment and told him the room was horrible. He offered a refund and we were quick to accept. I still can not wrap my mind around how this place has passed any of its inspections. Anyway, never again. BEWARE
