Dr. Jester is a general dentist taking orthodontic courses at US dental institute, a place for general dentist to learn orthodontics to make more money. He did orthodontics works on me and it was such a bad job that I needed to go to real orthodontist to fix it few years later. The bite wasn't right and the back of my teeth were attached by a wire to keep them from moving and of course few years later the wire broke. He also did ortho works on one of my family members and it resulted in recessed gums that needs to be fixed by real orthodontist, again right? He also did some fillings on our family, Every time my family needed fillings, we always got numb, not sure it's necessary or not. I know that for every shot , he got more money. Please before you get a major work done by this dentist and his partner, get second opinion if you don't want to pay it in the long run. He has 5 stars review on other sites because people don't have expertise in dental works. He's very very good at getting his patients thinking that he's the best dentist in the whole Chester county.

Both began only a couple minutes after the official start time, which was a nice surprise (I expected a longer wait). Further, in both cases someone checked in with me right at the start time to let me know I'd be up shortly. All of the staff were very friendly which went a long way toward putting me at ease. As someone who hadn't visited the dentist in 10 years, and had built up a pretty scary idea of what was waiting for me, I left both appointments feeling really good about my situation. Colleen did my first day cleaning and x-rays, and really could not have been sweeter. She explained everything as she went, and just had a wonderful bedside manner overall. Dr. Soffer introduced himself toward the end of this appointment and went over a couple things that needed attention, complete with hand drawn pictures to illustrate. Ken has a great, lightheartedness about him and really succeeded in putting me at ease as we talked through future treatments. For my second appointment, Dr. Soffer rebuilt an old cavity, and placed a temporary crown on an old root canal while the permanent crown is being created at the lab. There isn't much you can do while you're in the chair other than look at the ceiling, but Ken does a great job of checking in periodically to make sure you're comfortable and all is well. 90 minutes and all done. It's amazing how far dental technology has come. I know I shouldn't have waited so long to make it back to the dentist, but I am glad the waiting caused me to find Dr. Soffer's practice. It feels like a lie to even suggest this, but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment to continue getting my teeth back in great shape.

Unfortunately, my…read moreinsurance is out of their network but I was told by my pharmacist that this was the ONLY place to go. Why? It was a Sunday and I woke up with a massive abscess from a cracked room and a softball sized cheek. Being the weekend I had to call my doc to get some antibiotics. My pharmacist knows a lot of people and doctors etc... and told me he goes to Aesthetic Dentistry and I should too. He wasn't kidding. Since they were closed I emailed them late Sunday night and at 7:48am I got a call that they would see me at noon that day. I was floored by the quick response. The receptionists are kind and the waiting area is comfortable. First I filled out the paperwork. It was like 5 pages but at least 2 of them asked you how you feel about your oral health and where you want it to be and another asked about your feelings about getting dental work done and any past experience that was good or bad. Immediately I knew they took their patients feelings and wishes to heart. I saw Dr. Laurito. I got X-rays and he drained what he could from my tooth. I don't take to well to numbing injections so I felt a bit of it but he kept asking if I was ok or needed to break. He advised me on my antibiotics and scheduled me for 3 days later. That was today. My infection is going away but he couldn't do anything to that tooth until it clears up. I had significant damage to my two front teeth and am currently looking for a job but was too embarrassed to smile or talk really. He fixed that problem right up for me today and wrote up a plan for my care which I'll be going in next week to review. I'm bringing my mom after telling them about her crown troubles. They were horrified and my mom is excited to go. The fact that they lay out all of your options on paper (which will likely cause sticker shock for me because my teeth are bad) is awesome because you will know what to expect and plan your course of action. I know this was a novel, thanks for reading it. They truly deserve all 5 stars plus some. For the first time in I don't know how long, I'm smiling again!
