No apology, no accommodation to get me in at a later time, or explanation of what is going on. If you can't trust this practice to hire receptionists that know to manage an appointment book, why would you trust them with an oral procedure?

My father is a dentist and looked at the X-rays and explained that I needed one for buildup under the gum lines and this was several years ago, he also explained they are only necessary under certain circumstances and originally I fit that, again 2-3 years ago. I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. Anyways I explained to them I'd do a regular cleaning and had to argue with them to get that. I go in and the hygienist says I was scheduled for a deep cleaning. I walked out never to return will get my cavities, root canal, and implant all scheduled to be done somewhere else. F*** them

If you schedule someoen for a time and you are running late perhaps tell them rather than make them just sit there. I will have to go find another dentist which won't be an issue but dont' ask people to come in earlier and after they make it clear they need to be done at a certain time which you understood you don't let them sit around. they followed up to my other review and claimed someone had an emergency, but that was not the case because I was there to see the hygienist not the dentist and that's in two separate rooms. There were two people when I came in and checked in no one told me about anything so it doesn't add up unfortunately, my opinion it's become very money orientated dentistry where Money comes before patients, which is what most of the corporate dentistry places like Aspen are about. it's sad because I thought I had found a good old-fashioned dentist who cared about patients.
