aside from a couple of nice cashiers - i used to be eyeballed everytime i went in, one cashier told me i looked suspicious because of my hat -just a basic knit cap-- which is crap. im not a thief. for years they did this. then i was falsely accused of being in there while i was "banned" for stealing, even though i wasnt banned and never stole and was never told i was banned i was never confronted.. security came up on me in line like i was a fugitive. he insisted he had a report on me from the past, one that he couldnt produce because it didnt/ doesnt exist. even a manager came up and told me "thats what you said the last time" as i was denying their accusations. that made me even more upset- because it never happened. everytime i demanded to see this report- they wouldnt produce it- why? because it didnt freakin exist. , although he kept saying it did, but it didnt and doesnt because it never happened.. he kept asking for my id while he was holding blank reports like he was ready to start writing- to make a false one. i refused- i told him to call the police, that i would give my information to them, not him- and we waited. he even had the audacity to ask me "why would they lie?"- um the same reason you were lying? knowing there was no previous report of me being "banned" because- it never happened. corporate did an investigation and found they were in the wrong. corporate apologized but i still have anger for it. im trying to forgive. ive had nothing but mostly bad experiences in this community. i hope it changes. i still go to this store because it is convenient- and because corporate apologized. but i hope nobody ever has to go through that experience. i have never seen the security guard again in which im glad. bad experience big time. if corporate wsnt going to apologize i was thinking about suing. read more
