I appreciated an ADA parking spot I can practically toss myself in the door so close but when there are a pile of rando people loitering, that just gets awkward. It felt like a regular issue too. Like I said, awkward. I do appreciate the amount of things you can get at Walgreens that are groceries and such. Their lighting and look make you feel strung out though seriously. I do like the location of this store though since it is very easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

I don't know what to charge you and I don't know how to use it. Then blankly stared at me. I asked if anyone else knew how and she said "I don't know" worst customer service. Hi School has a phone system to call in prescriptions, prescriptions are prepped quickly and staff is easy to reach. Rarely find a line at this location. They have a good selection of over the counter options. Prices are reasonable. Often has sales. Staff is good about communicating when they're out of stock and confirming when new stock of medications will be available.

i've been going to this pharm for several years without issue. picked up a perscription last week…read more when i got home noticed several pills were missing. called the pharmacy and they said no problem, whenever you can come back we will have the missing pills waiting. a couple days later i went to pick them up. when the pharmacist gave me the pills she showed me a photo of the orginal perscription and told me they were all there. long story short she said that there was no way i didn;t get the full perscription. to me that sounded like an accusation, that i was trying to get extra pills. i was extremely insulted and considuring changing pharmacy (i also have fresh pass), filed a compliant with safeway, we'll see what happens. ****Update**** Still have not heard back from Safeway, probably never will. I waited on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, only to be placed back on hold again and again. When I finally reached someone, the interaction was cold, short, and dismissive. I couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I understand pharmacies can be overwhelmed, and I want to acknowledge that Grace may have been under a lot of pressure with many orders to fulfill. That said, customer service is still a core part of the job, and in this case it was exceptionally poor. There was no empathy, no patience, and no effort to be even minimally helpful. Even if this pharmacy had the best prices around, it would honestly pain me to do business here again. Feeling rushed off the phone and treated like an inconvenience is not acceptable--especially in a healthcare setting where people are often already stressed or unwell.
