I appreciated an ADA parking spot I can practically toss myself in the door so close but when there are a pile of rando people loitering, that just gets awkward. It felt like a regular issue too. Like I said, awkward. I do appreciate the amount of things you can get at Walgreens that are groceries and such. Their lighting and look make you feel strung out though seriously. So I promptly pointed out the binding machine that was literally beside her and said ok, what do you use the binding machine for there? She said well yeah we do that but I wouldn't know how to charge you for that service, and I don't know how to do it. Then she said I needed to show her on the website where it says they offer the service, so I pointed it out to her and she said yeah, no. I don't know what to charge you and I don't know how to use it. Then blankly stared at me. I asked if anyone else knew how and she said "I don't know" worst customer service. Don't come here if you want someone capable of helping you. Or a working brain cell.

I've stopped at West Street Grocery a few times - the owner is an Asian man (the only person I've ever seen working there). Not friendly, unsmiling, but I thought "whatever, just getting ice...or a bottle of water". Today however, I walked my 1 year old Canaan Dog a mile and a half to West Street Grocery; bought exactly $19.75 worth of stuff. Asked the owner if I could have a small paper coffee cup (to pour bottled water for my dog). He rang it up for 50¢! A bit shocked I said "really?" and he replied "you buy for you, I no charge. you buy for dog, I charge." I'm like seriously? I just spent 19.75 in here! He just shrugged. I added (because by this time I'm RIGHTEOUSLY indignant) "honestly, with another convenience store right across the street (Zatterburgs), I'm surprised you'd actually charge me anything.....I live here, I stop here, why on earth would you charge me for a small paper cup?" His response? "You no like, don't come here." This is a veeeeery small town. And most of us have dogs. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You can get drinks, chips, ice, etc. across the street (literally about 15 yards). Appalling.

This Rite Aid location is weeks behind on their prescription refills and has not improved in three…read moremonths. They received my requests to refill and do not fulfill the request, nor do they communicate that they are weeks behind and will not have your refill processed. You have to physically show up at the pharmacy to get them to work on your requests or repeatedly call them to get the prescription started. Then there is often an additional delay for contact to physician and ordering a medication that they don't have in stock even though it's a continued request for a seizure medication that needs to be taken daily. Their customer service is non existent.

The last few months the customer service has been lacking to say the least. They never pick up the phone when you call to speak to a pharmacist. The phone has literally rang for 15 minutes straight before anyone picked up, and I have been hung up on right after someone finally answered, and they don't even apologize for it. They also don't notify when perscriptions are done and make you sound like you are unreasonable when you ask when it will be done. And if there is a problem with insurance, they don't try to fix it, they just refuse to do anything. They used to be personable and nice, now the people there are rude and lazy and have no care for the people they serve! I am extremely disappointed and am shopping for a new pharmacy!

I think the only reason this has the rating it does is maybe because of the style of the building, it felt very wide, thin, and long. It also isn't STAND OUT high quality. But it's good, which can be hard to find, honestly. I think this is a place with nice workers, and it had specifically what I was looking for, which is something that's been re-packaged, and had the flavor change.
