It was only after I posted in a Facebook group that I learned your company was experiencing issues with shipments. In my opinion, it is extremely disappointing that no one from your company proactively contacted customers to explain the situation or provide an update. Communication with customers during a delay is an important part of good customer service. I finally received my Frosted Rose BruMate on August 10, 2026, which I was happy to receive. However, I also received a refund for my other cup because I was informed that your company had not received it. After waiting nearly two months without communication, this entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the way this situation was handled has left me very disappointed with Sweet Starling Co. I will not be making any future purchases from your company, nor will I be recommending Sweet Starling Co to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving communication with customers when issues arise with orders and shipments. A simple email explaining the situation would have gone a long way toward making this a much better customer experience.

From the moment we walked into Premier Kitchens and Cabinets, Dennis made us feel at ease. He immediately understood the look we were after and guided us through wood and color selections that fit our style perfectly. Dennis was incredibly patient, kind, and easy to work with. He came to our home to take measurements and learn what we liked about our existing setup--what worked, what didn't, and how he could improve our storage and overall functionality. He even pointed us toward vendors to help us find the perfect hardware. Their entire team--from countertop to cabinet installers--was prompt, professional, detail-oriented, and just really nice to have in our home. When an issue with the flooring came up that could have affected the quality of the cabinet install, Jesse (the owner) stepped in right away, paused the project, and helped us figure out the right solution. He clearly cares about the quality of their work and their clients' homes. Throughout the process, they helped us problem-solve whenever something came up and made sure the final result matched our needs and vision. We couldn't be more pleased with how our kitchen turned out. Thanks to insurance delays, this was a long process and I hope to never do it again--but if I had to, I'd hire Premier Kitchens and Cabinets again in a heartbeat. Dennis and Jesse are just good people to have on your team.
