Communication with customers during a delay is an important part of good customer service. I finally received my Frosted Rose BruMate on August 10, 2026, which I was happy to receive. However, I also received a refund for my other cup because I was informed that your company had not received it. After waiting nearly two months without communication, this entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the way this situation was handled has left me very disappointed with Sweet Starling Co. I will not be making any future purchases from your company, nor will I be recommending Sweet Starling Co to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving communication with customers when issues arise with orders and shipments. Their entire team--from countertop to cabinet installers--was prompt, professional, detail-oriented, and just really nice to have in our home. When an issue with the flooring came up that could have affected the quality of the cabinet install, Jesse (the owner) stepped in right away, paused the project, and helped us figure out the right solution.
