Couldn't agree more with the reviews of the pharmacy. Twice they miscounted pills and their response is "we made a mistake". How difficult is it to count pills. There is no quality control. They count one time and one time only. So if you go there, check to make sure you get the right number. Switched all scripts to Monroe location, which isn't any better. I don't know why Rite Aid pharmacies can't get their act together. read more

My mom went there this morning to buy vitamins that are on sale in the ad. There wasn't any on the shelf, so she went and asked the older woman at the register if they have anymore in stock or will be getting anymore. The woman immediately gave my mother an attitude and said "there is no more". When my mom tried asking if someone could check the back, she cut my mom off and said "everyone called out" with an attitude. Why is that a customers problem? So my mom just decided to purchase eye drops she needed and get the hell out of there. When they didn't come up on sale at the register, she asked the woman if they are suppose to be on sale. The woman sighed and rolled her eyes and said "put you phone number in". What a miserable, unprofessional person. Never going there again. Clearly they are short staffed and have HORRIBLE customer service. read more

Very small and limited selection. They do flu shots, have a GNC section and a blockbuster DVD rental machine out front. They aren't opened late and do not cater to the neighborhood. read more

This store does not even qualify for one star. The pharmacy operating in this store should just admit they are horrible and shut down!!! Stop pretending to be an actual pharmacy. A good business move would be to close the pharmacy and continue to sell greeting cards and seasonal candies. At least it would be hard for them to screw that up. I have never been more frustrated with any other vendor in any part of my life than I have been with this pharmacy. They could screw up dispensing baby aspirin. Like an idiot I always say I'm going to change pharmacies but I haven't followed thru but that changes today. I will never return to this poorly educated group of pharmacy imposters again. I hope to be struck by lightning if I ever pull into their parking lot again. I have been refilling the same 2 prescriptions since 1990 and it is rare that I can go 6 months without a refill problem orchestrated by the inept performers behind the counter. Well I am done with this. Sadly the Rite Aid corporation just spent a lot of money remodeling the store but the real money should have been spent reading their customer reviews and researching their incapable pharmacy staff. I'm glad to see other reviewers that share my sentiment, now I hope Rite Aid management will spend sometime reviewing our reviews. read more

This place used to be good, but they brought in a new management team. It proves, put unqualified people in responsible positions. I went in to get Tylenol, all they had was regular strength, and a ton of Rite Aid brands. Also looks for Breath Rite strips. Couldn't find them. Finally went to Patmark. They had everything I needed. Much more of a selection. They should get someone in there that knows what's going on. read more

I went here to get pictures developed from our wedding (disposable wedding cameras). We went on a Wednesday and dropped them off. The lady there was nice and helped up fill out the packets (we had 11 in total) and told her we wanted disc only. She helped us fill out the form and even wrote disc only on each of them and then told us it would take about a week. About three weeks later after spending 10 minutes total on hold over 3 separate phone calls they finally tell us they're ready(they were supposed to call us). We go to pick them up and find out that the lady at the counter crossed off all the boxes before sending them out meaning we got film and cds as well as doubles and there wasnt much we can do. It cost us over 100 dollars extra to get our cds. The prints are useless since most of the photos have to be touched up anyway. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. otherwise it will cost you like it cost us. read more
