As of 1:45 pm, phone lines are STILL down. This is unacceptable for people who need medication. The phone lines should have been fixed quickly. She brought up the store manager, Josh to resolve. Josh offered only $6.50 in extra bucks (that was the 20% discount amount not the correct refund missing amount; missing .43). I declined the incorrect refund and method of refund. Josh then told me to call ShopCVS to resolve. Since is a CVS issue, I asked Josh to call and handle this because I paid full price, no discounts. Internal should have a direct line. Over an hour later and two calls to ShopCVS since they hung up on Josh, the whole time the front LINE was more than FIVE PEOPLE LONG (plus a line at Pharmacy), resolution was reached to refund my total price paid. The level of customer service to resolve this 100% should have been offered not requested by consumer, but CVS corporate is stingy with coverage (evident by the line) causing 1 hour of management's time over $6.93. Terrible Customer Service at ShopCVS for customers and employees! At the end, the shortage in my money refunded was resolved and I will return for other needs.

Part of the assignment involved us interviewing somebody at one of these pharmacies. My best friend lived close by. We decided to stop by here and talk to the pharmacist to learn more about his experience in owning an independent pharmacy. We had some generic questions to ask. None of this information would have been published. At the end the professor was going to give us our grade and throw away the business proposal. We went to the pharmacy one day after classes. The pharmacist, who I believe was the owner, did not give us a chance to ask any questions. We started off by explaining that we had an assignment and we wanted to interview somebody at the pharmacy. We even showed him the class syllabus which outlined and explain the project. The pharmacist yelled at us for no reason and he told us that we were disqualified to be pharmacists. As a student, that was very discouraging to hear. Especially if we did not do anything wrong. Today if I were to meet the gentleman again, I would like to remind him of the oath he took when he became a pharmacist. Part of the oath includes committing to train the next generation of pharmacists. This experience does make me wonder how the customers are treated when they come into this pharmacy. We weren't even greeted in a friendly manner and this was before we introduced ourselves. I hope that the team has learned something and has improved since then.

The corner of the parking lot has a quarter-operated vacuum and air machine for tires. Employees are usually pleasant to deal with, but gas prices here are astronomical--the highest within the zip code--and currently $0.35/gallon more expensive than the least expensive gasoline options in Middlesex County!

This place also has a convenience store inside, which is nice because you can fill up on snacks before you head out on the road or you can pick up a newspaper and a coffee on Sunday morning. They have a decent selection of snacks and drinks as well as coffee and pastries. The people who work at this place are very nice and most are local to the area, so it really has a neighborhood feel to it. They do have a vacuum and a tire pump on the corner, so if you need a quick touch up, you have those available to you. They also have an ice machine, a propane tank holder and a bathroom. Over never used any of those, but they're convenient if you need them. In all, this is a nice gas station with friendly workers and a convenience store, but you will be detracted from coming here because of he outrageous prices of gas. I recommend going here for the snacks and a coffee and waiting to fill up until you get to a cheaper place a mile or so up the road.
