Was waiting in line when the cashier passed me by like I wasn't even there. Did it twice. When I brought it his attention, he said I should've moved. I thought he should said excuse me and told him so. He went into a rant about customers and who he works for. I asked if he was the manager. He replied that he was. He went on about how he has been the manager for several years. It's a poor manger who does not acknowledge a customer or provide customer service. Drive through takes a long time ! Hope they improve the service . It takes ages to get our medicines . Very slow ! If we go inside the pharmacy it is much quicker ... otherwise it's a good pharma to be in. Average experience overall read more

they close at seven my script was there earlier but I guess they have a lot of scripts to fill when I was there they said it wasn't there I called the doctor they said it was there by E script. The pharmacist and another woman was more interested in closing and going home then taking the time to just give me my pills . I understand they've been there all day but it was right there and he just told me rushing that they're closing. read more

After today's experience trying to get a flu shot, I don't think I'll be returning for that shot, or ever filling a prescription here. I usually I get a flu shot at my doctor's office but I wasn't planning on seeing him till December and thought now would be a good time. I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait. I was OK with that although everyone who has done it at a pharmacy told me it's very quick. After at least 25 minutes of waiting I went to see what was going on. I had to wait about another 5-10 minutes behind the customer ahead of me because there was a problem with his prescription. I also noticed another lady nearby being helped by someone else also because of a problem. Did I come on a typical prescription problem day? Anyway, I eventually saw the person who checked me in and said it would be a few more minutes. After about 5-10 more minutes of waiting, a young lady entered to the store to inquire about a getting a shot and was told the wait would be at least an hour. She actually walked out in a huff. At least they told her it would be a long wait. So here I am about 45 minutes in and I ask again and at that point I'm told that unfortunately the pharmacist is very busy (probably trying to straighten out what appeared to me some problems with those aforementioned scripts) and I won't be able to get that shot. OK, so on the way out I ask to see the manager and was told he was gone for the day. I left my name and phone number with the young lady at the register in the front asking her to have him call me tomorrow and telling her that I am willing to come back for my shot as long as they give me a specific appointment day and time. I was actually surprised at how reasonable I was acting. We'll see. If it works out, I can always update this review although 1 star is kind of high based on today's experience. This makes the generally problematic photo equipment look like a smooth operation. At least everyone was smiling and appeared to be concerned. read more

The service at Inman Avenue Edison, New Jersey pharmacy is quick and friendly. Farah, one of the pharmacy technicians today, was quick, welcoming and helpful in providing me with my meds and answers to my questions, giving me good reason to return for further purchases. read more

The pharmacy is a disaster, completely mismanaged and unorganized. The execs at CVS should do an inspection.

This is by far the best cvs in the area . Besides the store space and products that are available their pharmacy staff is extremely helpful ! I can't count the amount of times I've been here in the last month alone but it's been too many to count . The pharmacists Bhargav and Jigisha are friendly knowledgeable and they know their customers. I been to cvs 3 times in one week and Bhargav was very much able to follow up with me on my past meds and ask how I was feeling . This is a great feeling to any customer when their pharmacist cares. Not only the pharmacist but the technicians are also very friendly and welcoming . I choose this pharmacy over any on in the area. read more

2nd different cvs pharmacy I had to visit on same day because the other one didn't have my medicine in stock. This pharmacy was very busy and the staff was overwhelmed. I don't blame the pharmacist or the aid because they clearly working as hard as they can. It was obvious that they were under staff so I blame CVS Corporate for this one. Gives this store the funding for more pharmacist and aids. I would not repeat I like know my pharmacist isn't struggle or over work while prepping my medicine. Shame on you cvs for under staffing to save a buck. read more

I've always loved CVS. They have everything you need whether its medications, photos, food, cards, "haba" products (health and beauty aids). This CVS opened up just last year or two ago. Pretty big, aisles are well organized, staff are walking around asking for help. Easy to find stuff here. The hallways are super bright, I think they use halogen lights to brighten the whole place up ;) read more

Poor customer service and unprofessional service. My doctor sent prescription for 3 months supply, my insurance covers monthly supply so I have to get it each month. When I went to pick my 2nd month I was told they do not have prescription and have to get it back from my doctor. I wasted 4 days in following up with pharmacy and doctor just to find out there was no issue with doctor who had sent right prescription. I had to go through same pain couple of months ago to explain clueless pharmacist. read more

This is the best CVS I've ever been to. Danny and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is wonderful and everyone is very professional, and because of that I now get all of my prescriptions filled here. It's also very convenient to get to from my house. read more

Where do I begin? The medication that was expired by 4 months or the rude staff? Yesterday I went to pick up a prescription from my doctor and when I got home i realized it expired in February. I promptly called and they said that I had to wait over night for a new delivery. This morning they called and said that they didn't order it and I should wait another day. The staff was rude and disregarded the urgency of needing to obtain my medicine. I recommend taking your business elsewhere as I will be doing from now on. read more

I love the pharmacist and it's technicians there. They are very courteous, always smiling, and knowledgeable. I get my text alerts for reminders but sometime they even call me personally if the refill runs out to let me know they had contacted the doctor and is waiting for the reply. It saved me having to call up myself. They have a drive-thru, I don't know if other CVS have them, and I can sign digitally on my phone for the pickup. Well ok, the system does not work about 1 % of the time but it's because they would have someone new-probably had an intern who was not familiar with it. I use drive-thru all the time. If I do go in the store, they have the employees at the cashier' counter greeting me. Finally, the rewards and coupons on the phone App! They are more useful than any other drug store. I am so glad I switch over to this CVSa about three years ago. They also have discounted program if you have no insurance. read more
