The plumber was able to clear the line and we ended up not needing it, but we had it for the weekend in case they couldn't get it cleared. Then I kinda forgot about it, and they went out of the way to call me prior to billing me again to see if I still needed it. First class service, thank you! I have been a patron of Sequim, Safeway Pharmacy since before my children were born (they're grown) & long before my spinal cord injury. These WONDERFUL people have literally kept me alive for years. Their patience, professionalism, empathy & KINDNESS are what keeps me from EVER switching to another pharmacy. It IS AMAZING to me, that even under the extreme pressures they can face on any given day (from any given customer, doctor, insurance co, or employee), that they can STILL make individuals feel like they CARE!
