Worst pharmacy in Perris, I was going there from 2015-2017 and after the worst customer service, longest lines, I filed a complaint with corporate and got a call from the pharmacist who was very understanding and told me to ask for him if I ever came back but the last straw was coming back three times for an urgent prescription for my son which took 2 days to fulfill and 3 trips since then I've been going to Dominguez Pharmacy and I haven't had any issues. read more

Horrible service from pharmacy. Since they are the only pharmacy in Perris that is open this late take advantage and give very little effort to provide any decent help. Always have the robocall, with meds ready and most of the time never ready. read more

This pharmacy is great! However the retail side of the store is terrible! Waited in line to purchase a item that had a sign saying ask cashier for assistance. These items are kept behind the counter because of the value and possible theft. While I was waiting in line a person walked in and went to the cashier as she was helping someone and asked her to hold the item I wanted. It was only one left! I waited in line for 15 minutes for that item. I complained to no avail! Everyone should know that you don't have to wait when you can just go to the front of the line and tell them to hold it! What's the point of waiting in line!!! Steve the Supervisor should be fired! He just brushed me off as if my complaint wasn't valid! Will never set foot in this store again! read more

Again a bad encounter for Rite Aid and I. Why do I keep coming here, well it's their location. Really that's it. I'm in process of getting all my medications by mail now. Because not even their drive thru is easy. Longest wait time ever. The staff does not appear professional or well groomed. The medication racks are far from organized. The store itself was falling apart with the rain we had. They had a leaking ceiling. The pharmacy staff needs to stop looking so overwhelmed and overworked. I really like this place now since they've renovated. I felt that the aisles were too cramped before, but now there's a little more room which is nice. The customer service at the registers and walking around the store is great. They're friendly and helpful. However, the customer service at the pharmacy leaves something to be desired. I know it can get very busy behind the pharmacy counter, but every time I've had to interact with this pharmacy I felt rushed or that I was just annoying them. That's weird because this is the only Rite Aid that I have had this sort of poor customer service experience. For that reason alone I chose to have my prescriptions filled elsewhere which is farther and slightly less convenient, but had the benefit of better customer service. Other than that, I like this place and you can find amazing deals on stuff after the various holidays. Compound that with your rewards program discount AND the monthly $5 off coupon and, well, I've gotten things that amounted to 90% off in the end. WOW! read more

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Employees don't wear their masks properly and talk to customers like they're children. I was in line at the drive through pharmacy at 6:45 and because of how slow they work, did not get to the window until 7:02. I was met with a "we close at 7. Come back at 8" and I couldn't even say that I was in line before 7. The only reason I still come to this pharmacy is because they are the only one with a drive through in Perris and I am avoiding going in stores due to the pandemic. read more

Reasons not to ever go here: 3 times my doctor's office left Rx on their phone recording system. 3 times I went to pick up Rx and they had no record of it. (One time I sat next to office worker when they called it in). The office right now is trying to call and speak directly to pharmacist and has been on hold over half an hour. read more

Love the location but this rite aide needs the right aides. Service is generally lousy. Hard to get any help on the phone. This rite aide is also horrible at getting refills going at all automated or live pharmacist. Hard to find any real help here period. Another issue they have is their telephone and customer service major fail I called there was put on hold sat for 15 minutes and just for the fun of it drove all the way down to Rite Aide mind you I live a good 12 miles away I got there I stood in line and it was quite a line in front of me I got up to the counter was still on hold!! read more

OMG...if I could give them zero stars I would. The pharmacy is a joke. The employees who work there are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. If you hate your job and the customers service part of it FIND ANOTHER JOB! Good God people, it's not that hard to crack a smile or to be nice. They take hours upon hours to fill prescriptions and don't let you know when they're ready. And the drive-thru is insanely long wait times. The employees will totally ignore you if you're in the drive thru. It's disgusting how they are able to get away with it. You'd think being the only drive-thru pharmacy in town they'd be on it and have better service. I guess they know they are the only ones so they don't care. I have 3 kids, I don't want to walk all three of them into the store to pick up my prescriptions. I used to go to CVS in Lake Elsinore and it was quick and easy. If I could give a zero I would! I wouldn't recommend you getting any prescriptions here. The people behind the counter could care less whether you have an emergency and need the medication right away. That is even after my doctor called it in 30 to 45 minutes before that. I was told an hour waitI have someone who is critically low and needs their medication there's no one waiting and they can't seem to bump us ahead so this person can get their meds. I would not recommend this place at all and I will never come here again! No compassionate people here! read more

I came here and bought some nail growth kit and when i came home i opened it and it was so old. I opened the bottle and the brush was so hard and the growth factor was not even liquid anymore it was a solid. They can not sell things like that. Most likely not coming back. read more

Each time I return to pick up my medicine they make me wait. This is the 3rd time. Might I add I pick up my medicine 2 days after I ordered. Really? Today I picked up two prescriptions from Rite Aid's pharmacy. This was my first time using their pharmacy and I had a wonderful experience! The pharmacy staff was super friendly, my prescriptions were ready and correct, and they even re-ran my RX through my insurance to make sure I wasn't overcharged. I'm seriously considering switching the rest of my prescriptions over to this location. It was a great no hassle experience! read more

I can forgive this place for its messy shelves (I check out the cosemtics aisle, and it's all mixed up in there) because this is the only drugstore that had all the lipstick colors of a certain brand. I went all over my own town and neighboring towns (not Riverside) going from Walgreens to Rite Aids for these colors that I thought where discontinued because I couldn't find a trace in any store. But here they were, and I am so thankful I decided to mosey on in here while on my way to a job. It's not a terrible environment. I call and IF i get lucky enough to get a hold of one of the pharmacists, the response is always "Hi " or "Hi hold" and that's it. What kind of service is that???? That's not even being professional. Good luck trying to get someone to answer your calls at the pharmacy, and if you call the store part of rite aid and ask to be transferred to pharmacy it's the same thing, really frustrates me that I have to drive 10 miles just to ask if my prescription is ready, and if not wait about an hour. I'm sick, I get a call saying my medication is ready. I drive to the pharmacy the lady rings up the prescription and because it's a new medicine the pharmacists has to approve it only thing is the person is out to lunch and I have to wait a half hour for them to return. I'm sorry but there should be an other person who can approve medications while the pharmacist is out. All I want to do is go home and sleep. Horrible management. Worst Pharmacy ever. Drive-through is always littered with boxes, excessive wait time, get messages that an Rx is ready and it's not ready when I get there. Understaffed and under supplied on medications. This is not just a one time occurrence. This has happened more then a dozen times. First off this store is way expensive. Good thing Super Wal-Mart is going to be opening up sometime in Aug/Sep 2015 since Wal-Mart is way cheaper by $2 for shampoo. The customer service is good IF you are NOT going to the pharmacy. Back in the fall of 2014 sometime I was called and told that my meds were ready. I only had one bottle. I got a phone call around 2:25pm that said they were ready. What I had done was I ran other errands. 1. I got in line at 2:35pm and there was a line of 8 people which made me wait an additional 30 minutes. So now here I am at the cashier at 3:05pm and the lady said ""They are not ready yet" to which I replied "I got a phone call that they were ready at 2:25pm, now it's 3:05pm and they are not ready?" The lady said to me "We are behind, go back in the end of the line and wait again". WHAT? Wait again? Standing? 2. For another 30 minutes behind 8 people? Again. I stood in line behind another 8 people (for a SECOND TIME for another 30 minutes). I got to the cashier again and AGAIN at 3:35pm another lady says "They are not ready yet". I was pissed by now. I told the second lady that I got called at 2:25pm and was told they were ready at 2:25pm. I said "That lady right there asked me to go to the back of the line since they were not ready at 3:05pm. This is the second time I've stood in line, both times for 30 minutes. I have stood for an hour waiting for you people when I could have gone home and took care of things. The lady said "I'm sorry, you don't have to stand in line again, I don't know why the other person asked you to go to the back of the line.Please wait here and when they are ready, I will call your name". I waited in the chair for an additional 25 minutes and they were ready at 3:40pm. I went to the drop off counter at 2pm. Why in the hell would their phone system give me a text saying my meds were ready at 2:25pm if they were behind by 90 minutes? I never go to this pharmacy in the afternoon. Never. They always have a line of at least 8 people if you go anytime after 1pm. I only go between 7am - 9am. I went today (6/20) at 10:45am and there were 2 people ahead of me. It took them 20 minutes to check out 2 people!!! There was only one cashier. Why in the world would they only have one cashier when it is clear to see that it takes more than 5 minutes to take care of one customer is beyond me. The other staff didn't want to help with cashiering. It is only after the line gets to be around 7-8 people that they begin to get it that there are a lot of people in line. read more
