This will be my third poor review that I've written about this Weis & I hate that because it's…read morenever my goal, but I do want to warn people. The first review I wrote about my experience here being just ok due to the lack of customer service, but I complimented the store on being big, aesthetically beautiful & clean. My second review was written because I was just treated so rudely by the cashiers and the ladies responsible for watching the self checkout counter. Sometimes they don't even speak to you even when you speak first. But, that doesn't apply to everyone. This third review is because on three separate occasions now, I've purchased meat, once was the pre-made ground beef burger patties that I got and opened that day to grill as my family and I literally gagged from the odor. I immediately took it back and the staff was nice enough to replace it without giving me too many problems. The associate at customer service even gagged once she smelled it and said: "oh my God." The second time I purchased Lump Crabmeat. Opened it a day or so later and man oh man. It smelled so bad. I'm so glad I trusted my instincts and took it back, because I was using it to make a seafood salad for a party & I would've been responsible for making everyone sick. I took it back, one of the managers was nice enough to check in the back to see if there was any more Lump crabmeat bc all they had on the floor to replace it was a cheaper mixture. He went to the back and came out with another can of Lump & informed me that it was our lucky day, that we got the last can. I was so happy until I got home and smelled that this can of Lump crab meat was just as foul smelling if not worse than the first. Once again, I took it back only to have the staff be short with me like I was the problem. Like they couldn't smell the terrible odor right in front of them. Like I should just shut my mouth and eat spoiled meat. After being asked what I'd like to do, I simply requested a refund and went around the corner to a seafood store and purchased Lump crabmeat that was actually only $1 more but was delicious and fresh. Then I went back to the Weis again and purchased another package of premade burgers. I got super sick. Then I opened a pack of potato bread and while I know the employees that work at this particular Weis didn't package it, imagine my surprise when my children told me that plastic was baked into the bread? At this point it's become maddening how poor my experiences at this Weis has been. From poor customer service to terrible sickness inducing meats to packaged food that could've actually harmed my child. I am VERY disappointed in this store.

Almost 99% of the comments and reviews on here are about them and "poor service." That is not the case at all. I have been a patron here for 9 years. I see the revolving door of staff members that come and go, however, there are a few that have been here for quite some time and they are what I call "drug gems." I love my CVS pharmacy gals and they deserve better than your nasty remarks and reporting threats. Get ahold of yourselves and realize who the real problem is--Your doctor...You...Possibly an understaffed location, however, YOU selected this location. With that said, after watching a shi*show of a situation unfold yesterday with a horrendous human being waiting to get her shot. I will say what most of them want to say to you...Make sure your doctor's office places the correct order. Make sure your insurance is contacted by your doctor or you BEFORE going to CVS--CVS is not your third-party insurance coverage check. Make sure YOU can read what your doctor wrote down before getting to CVS--CVS is not your scribe. Make sure you have an email or text message confirming the correct date, time, and service that you are scheduled for and even call ahead to verify the time and location before leaving your house. You have NO reason to complain about a wait time, hunny. CVS has the ability for you to place your order via the MyChart phone app, via Online, and their own CVS phone app. If you don't signup for email or text notifications, that is on YOU.

The woman working the pharmacy checked us in, and she was also responsible for the drive-thru and all regular pharmacy traffic. Honestly, it was too much for one person to reasonably handle in a respectable amount of time. I felt bad for her. She was patient and calm despite everything, but you could tell it was taking its toll. Walgreens needs to do better about staffing. Beyond that, it wasn't a bad experience all things considered. We got all of our shots within a couple of minutes ultimately. But, as we had appointments of 3:30, 3:45, and 4:00, yet we didn't get out of there until close to 4:30, that was a bit of a chore. I'm not sure I would make this my primary pharmacy in the future. If they don't care to staff any better than my current one, then why should I switch?

After the frustration of going up and down the aisles, I made my way to the registers. I used the self checkout registers and after some difficulty with the scanner I was good to go. The scanner would not read my phone to scan the rewards program in. With my items paid for, I went out the door to continue the day.

I've waited for 15-25 minutes on 4 different occasions with no one helping with the pick up. On 2 occasions, they had us jump through insurance loops to get some medication or other approved before they can refill just to end with the medication being out of stock here! It's also the messiest CVS I've ever been to. I don't think anyone cleans outside or inside on a daily basis. Debris on the carpet inside and trash spilling over outside on most days.
