Hiring dependable people (professional and staff) who actually show up for work, and/or fulfill their contract and are responsible and competent workers has been difficult. Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. I see some negative comments here, and am sorry for those difficulties, but I encourage people to discuss issues with the manager/Pharmacist or a staff person to resolve issues more satisfactorily. . Dealing with the public is not an easy job. I want this business to flourish.

It looks like they do sell membership so that you can get a even better deal. I didn't join since I don't usually go to Walla Walla. The store is clean though the interior design looks old.
