I even remember Komoto's having a large selection of stickers. I mean what 6 year old doesn't love stickers! My dad stll drives over 30 miles to Komoto's to buy his favorite mouth wash that he swears can't find anywhere else. I appreciate them for keeping great selling items through the decades and their customers have in turn thanked them with their loyalty. She had an attitude right away, she had glasses and her name started with a C. I was just confused with my prescription and what the doctor had sent out, and she proceeded to not be very helpful and gave me attitude for not knowing what to do/ the right date of birth. It doesn't cost anything to be neutral, you don't even have to be extra happy with customers but at least neutral. Especially if a customer is confused about a prescription.

Prescriptions are not filled promptly, when prescriptions are called in by doctors offices, and you called to verify that they have received the prescription. The staff in the pharmacy will tell you they do not have it, even though your doctors office can verify that it was received by them. I have been told a prescription will be ready within an hour, but it ends up, not being ready for at least another day. At times, I have been told that a prescription will not be ready for 2 to 3 days because they are short staffed. A few of the staff members in the pharmacy are consistently rude, and do not have a professional appearance. Even though this pharmacy is the closest to our location, we do not live in town, it is now worth the drive to Bakersfield for prompt, Accurate, timely and professional pharmaceutical needs.
